Today’s Readings:
Isaiah 41-42
Psalm 20-21

10 ‘Do not fear, for I am with you;
Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you, surely I will help you,
Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’

Isaiah 41:10

7 For the king trusts in the Lord,
And through the lovingkindness of the Most High he will not be shaken.

Psalm 21:7

The Lord says,
It’s resurrection season. It’s victory season! It’s the Alpha and Omega season. Can you feel the atmosphere charged with energy? Are you filled with a sense of great anticipation? Great expectation? What is happening and what will happen will lead to you being surrounded by good. You will see good all around you.

5 Thus says God the Lord,
Who created the heavens and stretched them out,
Who spread out the earth and its offspring,
Who gives breath to the people on it
And spirit to those who walk in it,
6 “I am the Lord, I have called You in righteousness,
I will also hold You by the hand and watch over You,
And I will appoint You as a covenant to the people,
As a light to the nations,

Isaiah 42:5-6

It’s messy now. It’s painful now. But hold firmly in your heart to the expectation of good. Let your mind fill with wonder as you dwell on Me, as you dwell on My ways, My goodness, My faithfulness. What I have planned no one has ever seen before, and wonder you will. As you gaze at the stars and look to the sky, as you consider the nations of the earth, wonder you will.

Immerse yourself in My peace. If you seek Me and My peace, you will find us. You can be immersed, surrounded and covered by My perfect peace.

20 May the Lord answer you in the day of trouble!
May the name of the God of Jacob set you securely on high!
2 May He send you help from the sanctuary
And support you from Zion!

Psalm 20:1-2

Choosing My peace will be as if you are watching a terrible storm and tempest on the sea from the safety of a strongly built, wisely built house perched high atop the rocky cliffs. As the storm rages below, you can sense the danger and you can have concern; but you are dwelling in perfect peace, secure and assured of the safety of you and your loved ones.

4 May He grant you your heart’s desire
And fulfill all your counsel!
5 We will sing for joy over your victory,
And in the name of our God we will set up our banners.
May the Lord fulfill all your petitions.

Psalm 20:4-5

The morning after that dark storm rages and then subsides, the air will be clear, the wind will be fresh, the sun will shine warm and bright, and it will be a day of great joyous, earnest and pure celebration.

Choose to dwell with Me.
Keep your heart clean and pure so that I may dwell easily with you, so that I know I Am most welcome.

How to Respond

  • Rejoice. Get your hopes up. Fill yourself with a great sense of expectation. Expect good.
  • Pursue the Lord and ask to be surrounded and filled by His perfect peace.
  • Set your eyes firmly on the Lord, on His faithfulness, on His steadfast love, and on His promise to work all things together for the good of those who Love Him and are called according to His purposes.
  • Declare, the Lord is good. There is none like Him. He will bring us safely to the other side of this cleansing storm.
  • Decree, the Lord is bringing cleansing and justice to the land. Those with their eyes and their hearts staid on Him will not be shaken. They will not suffer from fear or dread, and they will not face defeat.
  • Decree, those on the side of the Lord are on the side of victory. Hell and those on the side of darkness stand no chance. They have no path to victory. They are surrounded on all sides, and their defeat is imminent.
