Today’s Reading:
Psalm 107
Let everyone give all their praise and thanks to the Lord! Here’s why—he’s better than anyone could ever imagine. Yes, he’s always loving and kind, and his faithful love never ends. So, go ahead—let everyone know it! Tell the world how he broke through and delivered you from the power of darkness and has gathered us together from all over the world. He has set us free to be his very own! Some of us once wandered in the wilderness like desert nomads, with no true direction or dwelling place. Starving, thirsting, staggering, we became desperate and filled with despair. Then we cried out, “Lord, help us! Rescue us!” And he did! He led us out by the right way until we reached a suitable city to dwell in. So lift your hands and thank God for his marvelous kindness and for all his miracles of mercy for those he loves. How he satisfies the souls of thirsty ones and fills the hungry with goodness!
Psalms 107:1-9 TPT
I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
Grace is rising. Hope is rising. The truth has been bound in chains, but today I Am breaking those chains. I Am demolishing those chains. Freedom has been unleashed from her prison, and the eagle will fly and soar again. I Am liberating the eagle, and she shall be free. She shall not return to the dungeon of her confinement, the prison that held her in darkness with no room to spread her wings. This is a beautiful day in America. This is liberation day. This is the day that freedom has been set free.
Some of us once sat in darkness, living in the dark shadows of death. We were prisoners to our pain, chained to our regrets. For we rebelled against God’s Word and rejected the wise counsel of God Most High. So he humbled us through our circumstances, watching us as we stumbled, with no one there to pick us back up. Our own pain became our punishment. Then we cried out, “Lord, help us! Rescue us!” And he did! His light broke through the darkness and he led us out in freedom from death’s dark shadow and snapped every one of our chains. So lift your hands and give thanks to God for his marvelous kindness and for his miracles of mercy for those he loves! For he smashed through heavy prison doors and shattered the steel bars that held us back, just to set us free!
Psalms 107:10-16 TPT
My heart of love is generously pouring out on America, and My love will heal her wounds. My love will close giant chasms. And My love will open blind eyes, deaf ears and cause the protective stone layer from around hearts to shatter — revealing hearts of flesh once more. These are the early moments, the early days of the liberation of America. As the eagle rises and returns to flight, as she soars and surveys all of the destruction, damage and decay, she will set forth and work. Many of those who have been freed, who recognize this new day of freedom — those from whom much has been stolen, siphoned off from and denied, these will be the ones who rebuild the ancient ruins. These will be those ones who develop plans and even make the crumbling cities, towns and homes new and better than before. As they build, as they bring beauty and create, dream and occupy the places I have given them, I will restore their fortunes. I will strengthen their bodies and return their health. And I will make them greater than they were before.
Let’s exalt him on high and lift up our praises in public; let all the people and the leaders of the nation know how great and wonderful is Yahweh, our God! Whenever he chooses he can dry up a river and turn the land into a desert. Or he can take a fruitful land and make it into a saltwater swamp, all because of the wickedness of those who dwell there. But he also can turn a barren wilderness into an oasis with water! He can make springs flow into desert lands and turn them into fertile valleys so that cities spring up, and he gives it all to those who are hungry. They can plant their fields and vineyards there and reap a bumper crop and gather a fruitful harvest. God will bless them and cause them to multiply and prosper.
Psalms 107:32-38 TPT
They will be kings and priests unto their God, and they will occupy and build and be a great source of blessing and strength to the places I have given them. This is the day of a turnaround of America. This is the day of a long awaited freeing of America. America shall be saved. Be ones who rebuild the ancient ruins. Be ones who occupy, plant and build. I will heap blessing upon blessing on you as you go, as you work, as you do.
How to Respond
- Honor the Lord with an offering of thanksgiving. Bless His Holy Name. Spend the day in an attitude of worship and thanksgiving.
- Pray, Lord, thank You that You have made a way once again where there seemed to be no way. Thank You that You are the God who creates streams in the desert, who raises up leaders and takes others down, who directs the times and seasons. Thank You that in Your presence is fullness of joy and at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore. Thank You that where Your Spirit reigns, there is liberty. And thank You that You are releasing a great outpouring of Your Spirit and liberty in America.
- Declare, where the Spirit of the Lord reigns, there is liberty.
- Decree, the Lord is breaking the chains that have bound freedom in America. The Lord is causing America to be set free, to fly and to soar to great heights again. The Lord is bringing freedom to the people, is setting dreams and plans in our hearts to occupy and build and beautify the places He has given us. He is restoring our strength and health, and He will restore our fortunes. He is causing us to prosper, and He is pouring out blessings upon blessings as we rise up, as we go, as we work and move forward in the dreams He has placed in our hearts. America shall be saved, and she shall be set fully and wonderfully free.
