John 17
10 If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love; just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. 11 These things I have spoken to you so that My joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full.
John 15:10-11
The Spirit of the Lord says,
War is a messy operation. We are at war, yet you can live in joy and the delight of Me. You can live basking in My refreshing rains of joy and delight even as truth bombs go off in the distance, even as darkness surrounds you. You can live and carry yourself in the unabashed joy and delight of Me despite the mud, the darkness and the war that surrounds you. You can delight in the truth and the saving grace, the absolute perfect gift of Jesus, even as it seems you are surrounded by chaos and turmoil. He is the Prince of Peace. He is Emmanuel, God with us (you) despite season or circumstance. Let Him be exalted in your heart at all times. Let His name be on your lips of ready praise at all times, and you will live in the refreshing rain of My Spirit, of My joy and the delight of Me despite the war that surrounds you.
13 But now I come to You; and these things I speak in the world so that they may have My joy made full in themselves. 14 I have given them Your word; and the world has hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 15 I do not ask You to take them out of the world, but to keep them from the evil one.
John 17:13-15
You will know what the deep abiding perfect peace that passes all understanding is. You will know what peace covering and surrounding you in the midst of the storm and the war and the tumult is. My perfect love casts out all fear. You will drop and leave all fear on the battlefield. You will simply no longer find it useful, helpful, enjoyable or needed. Once you drop fear on the battlefield, all bets are off. You are a warrior who walks in My ways, My love, My perfect peace and no man, no threat, no circumstance, no “what-if” will shut you down, will cause you to back up, will cause you to waver. In this dark time of war, chaos and tumult you will operate in the refreshing rain of My joy and delight. You will find yourself covered, surrounded and upheld by My perfect peace, by the Prince of Peace; and you will drop the fear that has held you back. You will leave it on the battlefield forever.
16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 17 Sanctify them in the truth; Your word is truth. 18 As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world.
John 17:16-18
My true warriors have been hidden. My true warriors are rising to the occasion, and My true warriors will be found fierce, loyal and unmoved on the battlefield. I will cover you with My bombs of truth. They will be dropped and detonated relentlessly on the heads of the enemy. I Am calling you to stand and to fight, but I Am with you, and My angels have gone before you. My joy and delight will be a constant source of present refreshing for you; and My releases of these bombs of truth will pummel, weaken and take out the enemy; even as you advance on the battlefield. Don’t hesitate. It’s time to take your place. Your heart will swell, and your soul will thrill. It will find it has met true purpose on the battlefield. You were made for this. You were made for such a time as this.
How to Respond
- Prepare yourself to be amazed at the work the Lord will do in you, around you and through you as you are obedient in the call to the spiritual battlefield.
- Pray, Holy Spirit come. Bring the refreshing rain of joy and delight in You. Embolden, strengthen and empower me to run out to the battlefield. Surround me with Your perfect peace and cover me with Your love so mightily that I drop all remnants of the fear I have been carrying. Let me leave all fear on the battlefield and rise up as a mighty, unstoppable, unsilenceable warrior for You. Thank You that You and Your angels have gone before me and that Your bombs of truth will do extraordinary work to take out the strongholds of the enemy. You are so good Lord. Thank You. Help me to be faithful to Your call and purpose.
- Declare, the Lord is calling up His hidden warriors for service on the battlefield. He is calling us up to fight and abide in Him. He is calling us to live in perfect peace, delight, joy and His love. He is calling us to discard any remnants of fear that we hold and never pick them up again. He and His angel armies have gone before us, and His truth bombs are pummeling the heads of the enemy on the battlefield.
- Decree, as the Lord calls me up to take my place in the spiritual battle, I will join the fight. I will not hesitate. I will bask in the refreshing of His joy and the delight of Him. I will experience His perfect peace and His overwhelming love. I will drop any remnants of fear that I have held onto, and I will not pick them back up again. I will watch as His truth bombs pummel the enemy; and as a faithful warrior, I will find true meaning and purpose that I never expected on the battlefield.
