6 But you will be called the priests of the Lord;
Isaiah 61:6-9 NASB 1995
You will be spoken of as ministers of our God.
You will eat the wealth of nations,
And in their [f]riches you will boast.
7 Instead of your shame you will have a double portion,
And instead of humiliation they will shout for joy over their portion.
Therefore they will possess a double portion in their land,
Everlasting joy will be theirs.
8 For I, the Lord, love justice,
I hate robbery [g]in the burnt offering;
And I will faithfully give them their recompense
And make an everlasting covenant with them.
9 Then their offspring will be known among the nations,
And their descendants in the midst of the peoples.
All who see them will recognize them
Because they are the offspring whom the Lord has blessed.
The Spirit of the Living God says,
My grace is here to make you sparkle. My grace is here to make you shine. My grace is here to draw you deeper and deeper and deeper into My Presence causing you to shine like the sun, causing you to sparkle like a diamond emerging from the dust. My grace is beckoning you forward. It’s pulling you, drawing you into the new — into greater, unknown territory, into unfamiliar places and terrains.
“You’ve gone into my future to prepare the way, and in kindness you follow behind me to spare me from the harm of my past. You have laid your hand on me! This is just too wonderful, deep, and incomprehensible! Your understanding of me brings me wonder and strength.”
Psalms 139:5-6 TPT
The unknown and unfamiliar place to which I Am drawing you, guiding you, bringing you is rich with order. It is sparse with details, and you will have a lot to figure out as you go. It will be very unfamiliar, and you will find yourself saying, “I don’t know anyone who has been this way before. I don’t know anyone who has been here before.” But I go before you. I led you there, and I lead you into all truth. I lead you to success, and I have led you here to blaze new trails and to build. I have led you to this seemly austere, unfamiliar place where not much yet exists, but what does exist is order. You can build a firm foundation here. The ground is level, strong and secure. Some will be drawn here to establish and deal in commercial real estate. Others will be drawn here to deal in livestock. You will find that I Am not leading you to a lonely place. I Am leading you and many others like you, many pioneers with the hearts of adventure who live by the instruction and impulses of My Spirit. I Am leading many like you to settle and build in this new place, this unfamiliar, at-first-glance, dry and barren wide-open spacious place.
2 The nations will see your righteousness,
Isaiah 62:2-4 NASB 1995
And all kings your glory;
And you will be called by a new name
Which the mouth of the Lord will designate.
3 You will also be a crown of beauty in the hand of the Lord,
And a royal [a]diadem in the hand of your God.
4 It will no longer be said to you, “[b]Forsaken,”
Nor to your land will it any longer be said, “[c]Desolate”;
But you will be called, “[d]My delight is in her,”
And your land, “[e]Married”;
For the Lord delights in you,
And to Him your land will be married.
My heart is for the builders, and it’s time yet again to build something new. For those who are practiced builders, it will be like getting back into the saddle to cast fresh vision with Me to establish the measurements for the foundation, to develop the blueprints and the plans, bring in the partners and the other skilled hands to build this new thing — in this spacious place, in this holy place set apart for those who have been drawing deeper and deeper and deeper still into My heart. To others it may look like a barren place. But to you, when you see it, your heart will say, home.
How to Respond
- Pursue a greater, deeper level of intimacy with the Lord. Desire to know His ways and hear His voice.
- Pray, Holy Spirit, draw me deeper into You. I want to be in the place where Your Presence is. I want to be where Your glory dwells. I desire to know You more and to have a greater revelation of being known inside and out by You. Draw me to this new place Lord. Help me to see and understand what it is You are doing in my life and what it is You want me to build. Bring me to that place and cast vision with me. Bring me the right partners, skills and resources to do it well. Thank You that You are drawing me to a wide-open spacious place of order to build and to call home.
- Declare, great is the Lord and worth of all glory, honor and praise. His ways are unfathomable. Who can counsel the Lord? He set the foundations of the Earth and spread out the sky like a canopy above us. His thoughts are higher than our thoughts, and His ways are higher than our ways. He is the Glorious King, the Master Builder. He is Lord of all.
- Decree, wherever the Lord leads I will follow. I will draw deeper and deeper into His heart. I will follow His voice and instruction, and I will build with Him the vision that we cast together. I will rejoice in the partners He brings and marvel at what the Lord does to bring something where there was previously nothing.
