Today’s Reading:
Joel 2

21 Do not fear, O land, rejoice and be glad,
For the Lord has done great things.
22 Do not fear, beasts of the field,
For the pastures of the wilderness have turned green,
For the tree has borne its fruit,
The fig tree and the vine have yielded [k]in full.

Joel 2:21-22 NASB 1995

The Spirit of the Living God says,
Gratitude puts you in the land of possibility. Gratitude causes you to believe for things that never before seemed possible, reachable, attainable. Gratitude pulls on Heaven. It connects you with Heaven, and it supercharges, it electro-charges the atmosphere for miracles. Gratitude and miracles go hand-in-hand. Testimony and the supernatural go hand-in-hand. Giving praise to the Lord for the very specific, very personal, very clear things He has done in your life actually expands the tent pegs of your heart, and puts you in a position of being able to receive.

23 So rejoice, O sons of Zion,
And be glad in the Lord your God;
For He has given you [l]the early rain for your vindication.
And He has poured down for you the rain,
The [m]early and [n]latter rain [o]as before.
24 The threshing floors will be full of grain,
And the vats will overflow with the new wine and oil.
25 “Then I will make up to you for the years
That the swarming locust has eaten,
The creeping locust, the stripping locust and the gnawing locust,
My great army which I sent among you.
26 “You will have plenty to eat and be satisfied
And praise the name of the Lord your God,
Who has dealt wondrously with you;
Then My people will never be put to shame.
27 “Thus you will know that I am in the midst of Israel,
And that I am the Lord your God,
And there is no other;
And My people will never be put to shame.

Joel 2:23-27 NASB 1995

Be a man or woman of continual praise. Be one who lifts your heart in constant gratitude. You will live on another plain. You will live in the realm of miracles. Your hands will attract and release the supernatural. Exalt My Name. Exalt My Word. Exalt My works in your heart. Let my praise ever be on your lips, and you will see an abundant return. You will see a ten-fold return. You will see a ten-fold return. You will watch as your dreams come rolling in. You will watch as your hands are used to heal, to bless, to impart and to deliver. This is a time of an abundance of rain. This is the time of the former rains and the latter rains. This is the time of a powerful impartation, a super-charged impartation of power on My lovers, on those who dwell under the shelter of My wing, those whose resting place is at the feet of My throne — those whose eyes look to Me in wonder, in gratitude and praise.

28 [p]It will come about after this
That I will pour out My Spirit on all [q]mankind;
And your sons and daughters will prophesy,
Your old men will dream dreams,
Your young men will see visions.
29 “Even on the male and female servants
I will pour out My Spirit in those days.
30
“I will display wonders in the sky and on the earth,
Blood, fire and columns of smoke.
31 “The sun will be turned into darkness
And the moon into blood
Before the great and awesome day of the Lord comes.
32 “And it will come about that whoever calls on the name of the Lord
Will be delivered;
For on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem
There will be those who escape,
As the Lord has said,
Even among the survivors whom the Lord calls.

Joel 2:28-32 NASB 1995

These are days of a great impartation to my lovers, to My thankful ones, to the singing and celebrating, worshipping ones who dance in the midst of the chaos and tumult, because it is their acceptable act of worship to Me. To these I Am imparting power from on high that seems electric. Their bodies will surge and crackle with power, and they will radiate like a living electro-magnetic field. Their power protects and heals. And the power of life and virtue to heal, reveal, prophesy in power and deliver covers them completely. It starts with worship. It starts with praise. It starts with opening your heart up in total gratitude and honoring and glorifying, magnifying the Name and the Word and the works of your great King — the Lord Almighty, King Jesus.

How to Respond

  • Saturate your mind, heart and consciousness with worship and thanksgiving.
  • Pray, Lord Jesus thank You for who You are. Thank You that You are the Word of God. Thank You that You are the Lamb who was slain to take away my sins and the sins of the world. Thank You for overcoming death and the power of the grave. Thank You for making a way for me where there was no way. Thank You for Your example and for the unfathomable gift of Your great salvation. Thank You for loving me. Thank You that the increase of Your government knows no end, and that Your Kingdom is come and continues to come on Earth as it is in Heaven.
  • Declare, great is the Lord and worthy of all glory, honor and praise. Let all that I have and all that I am praise His holy Name.
  • Decree, I will tune my heart to sing beautiful praises to my King. I will be one found praising and speaking the wonderful testimonies of King Jesus, come what may. No one will shut me up or shut me down. I will magnify the Name and the Word and the works of Jesus. As far as it depends on me, Jesus’s Name, Word and works will be famous to those in my midst and those who cross my path. I will be one whose heart is positioned to receive power from on high from the Lord my God, and I will be part of a great supernatural move of power in the Earth whose fruit is healing, salvation, impartation and deliverance.
