Today’s Reading:
Hebrews 11
“Now faith brings our hopes into reality and becomes the foundation needed to acquire the things we long for. It is all the evidence required to prove what is still unseen. This testimony of faith is what previous generations were commended for. Faith empowers us to see that the universe was created and beautifully coordinated by the power of God’s words! He spoke and the invisible realm gave birth to all that is seen. And without faith living within us it would be impossible to please God. For we come to God in faith knowing that he is real and that he rewards the faith of those who passionately seek him.”
Hebrews 11:1-3, 6 TPT
The Spirit of the Lord says,
My grace is on your heart. My grace is moving, hovering, brooding over dreams, visions, hopes and aspirations. My grace is hovering over the builders — those in whose heart is a city in which to dwell, those in whose heart are vast dreams, complex dreams and simple dreams. My heart is hovering over the builders who see the city in their mind’s eye, whose minds live in the future because of the dreams of their heart. These builders seem to lose touch with the present because their hearts and their minds are busy with dreams of building the future. I have written blueprints on their heart, and they are adding dimension and color. They are partnering with Me in the creative process to draft the future.
“Faith motivated Abraham to obey God’s call and leave the familiar to discover the territory he was destined to inherit from God. So he left with only a promise and without even knowing ahead of time where he was going, Abraham stepped out in faith. He lived by faith as an immigrant in his promised land as though it belonged to someone else. He journeyed through the land living in tents with Isaac and Jacob who were persuaded that they were also co-heirs of the same promise. His eyes of faith were set on the city with unshakable foundations, whose architect and builder is God himself. Sarah’s faith embraced God’s miracle power to conceive even though she was barren and was past the age of childbearing, for the authority of her faith rested in the One who made the promise, and she tapped into his faithfulness. In fact, so many children were subsequently fathered by this aged man of faith—one who was as good as dead, that he now has offspring as innumerable as the sand on the seashore and as the stars in the sky!”

These are ones who are pulling the future into today. Because they see it, they decree it. Because they have dreamed it, they feel they can nearly reach it. These are dreams for careers, industries, families, these are dreams for entire sectors of society and for businesses that give life in a multiplicity of ways. These dreams are multifaceted with many wins embedded into the design. These are not typical designs. These are not typical builds. These are ones that will seem beyond their time when they begin to build them. These are ones that may be marveled at or misunderstood as the building process begins. But I Am here hovering over the dream, the heart, the builder and the process. And we will see city-sized dreams become reality. We will see paradigm-shifting dreams become reality. We will see dreams built on the solid rock and firm foundation of Christ Jesus become a reality.
“For clearly, those who live this way are longing for the appearing of a heavenly city. And if their hearts were still remembering what they left behind, they would have found an opportunity to go back. But they couldn’t turn back for their hearts were fixed on what was far greater, that is, the heavenly realm! So because of this God is not ashamed in any way to be called their God, for he has prepared a heavenly city for them.
Hebrews 11:14-16 TPT
Let the builders build. Let the dreamers dream and build. If you have found fertile soil, if you have found the place where My pleasure rests and hovers over the dream, if you have found the place where my pleasure swells up in your own heart as you stand right there, then listen to the voice of the Master builder, and begin to build.
Through faith’s power they conquered kingdoms and established true justice. Their faith fastened onto their promises and pulled them into reality! It was faith that shut the mouth of lions,”
Hebrews 11:33 TPT
This is a season of building, and this is a season where when we look back, it will be seen as the time where the builders became the overtakers. This is a conquering building. This building will conquer in most cases without a strike, a touch or a blow. Your building what we have dreamt together in your heart will conquer, will overtake and will overthrow. Let the builders build. Let the dreamers dream and build.
How to Respond
- Dream with the Lord, and be responsive to His prompting to break ground, take a step, make a call and build.
- Pray, Lord, Your dreams that You dream with me are so life giving, so energizing. Help me to take the step I need to take to begin the building process with You — in the right place, the right timing, with the right people and because You have whispered in my ear — it’s time to build.
- Declare, the Lord is the Master architect and the Master builder. He is the self-existent one and the Creator of Heaven and Earth. He is Lord of all. He is the all-creative one, and He desires to build with me.
- Decree, I will be obedient to the voice of the Lord calling me to build. I will step into the invigorating, life-giving, God-sized dream that He has put in my heart and dreamt with me. I won’t run ahead of Him, and I won’t lag behind. I will walk faithfully, diligently and in pure delight with the Lord my God.
