Today’s Reading:
Isaiah 43

1But now, thus says the LORD, your Creator, O Jacob,
And He who formed you, O Israel,
“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you;
I have called you by name; you are Mine!

Isaiah 43:1

The Spirit of the Lord says,
Resurrection of victory. Resurrection of delight. Resurrection of heart’s desires. Resurrection of truth. Resurrection of what was buried. You will sing a resurrection song because of the victory, because of the change, because of the open door that you never fathomed was there. This is the time of resurrected dreams and open doors. Some things I allow to fall to the ground and die. I have My reasons, but one is that it catches the enemy off guard in that area. He’s always a fool. Nothing is too difficult for Me. He thinks players and moves have been taken off of the table. But the rules, the players, and the moves are Mine. I will do as I please.

13“Even from eternity I am He,
And there is none who can deliver out of My hand;
I act and who can reverse it?”

Isaiah 43:13

This is a time of vast and many surprise resurrections — resurrections of victories long believed to be dead and forgotten, resurrections of dreams, of callings. Resurrection of power. Resurrection of the connection to personal authority in Me. I Am opening many, many, many hidden doors that are filled with opportunities, delights and wonders. I Am awakening dead dreams and breathing new life into them. I Am also making a way where there seemed to be no way.

Open doors bring choices. Resurrection brings the choice to doubt. It brings the choice to say, “am I really going to go down that road again? Look what happened last time.” Or “I’m too old.” Or “the time has passed.” It also brings the choice to respond like the women at Jesus’s empty tomb after encountering the angel. You can respond with great joy, with belief, with delight, with wonder and with renewed energy and life.

18“Do not call to mind the former things,
Or ponder things of the past.
19“Behold, I will do something new,
Now it will spring forth;
Will you not be aware of it?
I will even make a roadway in the wilderness,
Rivers in the desert.

Isaiah 43:18-19

Be ones who delight and rejoice in the resurrection. What’s the fun in doubting? Where’s the joy in second guessing and replaying old losses? Resurrection is a miracle and a gift. Treat it as such. Don’t talk yourself out of the miracle staring you in the face. Instead, rejoice and ask Me to show you the open door that connects with it. Rejoice. Delight. Run forward in new life. These resurrections are gifts and miracles and surprises for you. Treat them as such.

How to Respond

  • Choose to respond to miracles, resurrection of dreams and new opportunities with joy, delight, wonder and a yes.
  • Pray, Lord, thank You that You are moving in resurrection power. Thank You that You are raising up dead dreams, dead callings and dead victories. Thank You that it is Your delight to delight, amaze and surprise us. Thank You that nothing is impossible for You! Thank You that You bring open doors of opportunity along with these resurrections. Help me to see these for the gifts and miracles they are.
  • Declare, the Lord is moving in resurrection power. He is bringing dead victories, dead dreams and dead callings back to life. He is resurrecting delight, power and authority in Him. He is opening doors of opportunity for us that we never even knew existed.
  • Decree, I will rejoice and believe in the resurrection work of the Lord in my life. I will celebrate His miracle working power, and I will delight in His goodness. I will walk through the open doors of opportunity He presents with these resurrections in my life. I will re-connect with and learn to use the power and authority He has given me.
