Today’s Reading:
2 Corinthians 12
2 Corinthians 13

“But he answered me, “My grace is always more than enough for you, and my power finds its full expression through your weakness.” So I will celebrate my weaknesses, for when I’m weak I sense more deeply the mighty power of Christ living in me.”

2 Corinthians‬ ‭12:9‬ ‭TPT‬‬

The Spirit of the Lord says,
My grace is sufficent for you. My power is made perfect in weakness. Be weak. Reveal that you are weak, and allow Me to strengthen you. Allow me to infuse you with strength and My glory. Allow Me to go before you and flood and cover you, wrap you around fully with My grace. Don’t fear the limitations of your own strength. It is Christ who lives within you, and He has broken every limitation in existence off of humanity. Don’t fear the limitations of your weakness. In Him, you are found strong. In Him, nothing is impossible. In the areas of your admitted weakness and vulnerability, you allow Me to come in and suffuse you with strength. You allow Me to show Myself strong. You allow Me to prove the world wrong. You allow Me to rise up on your behalf before the mockers and those with jeers about your weakness.

“So I’m not defeated by my weakness, but delighted! For when I feel my weakness and endure mistreatment—when I’m surrounded with troubles on every side and face persecution because of my love for Christ—I am made yet stronger. For my weakness becomes a portal to God’s power.”

2 Corinthians‬ ‭12:10‬ ‭TPT‬‬

Being vulnerable and honest, open with Me allows Me to march before you with a mighty army of angelic warriors and fight those battles for you. My grace conquers enemies of soul and state before you. It’s My grace that does it, and it’s My glory to do it. Invite Me in. Share with Me your fears, concerns, your weaknesses and your failures, and I can do the healing. I can bring the cavalry. I can bind you back up and make you ready for war again. But you have to let Me in. You have to admit the areas of your weakness. You have to repent of wrong thinking and personal failures and be willing and ready for change. My grace is more than sufficent to bring your turnaround. My grace is more than sufficent to birth a brand new day. My grace is sufficent to cover over and surround you, to march before you, to fight and win battles for you.

“For although he was crucified as a “weakling,” now he lives robed with God’s power. And we also are “weak ones” in our co-crucifixion with him, but now we live in God’s triumphant power together with him, which is demonstrated on your behalf. Now your souls will be strengthened and healed if you hold steadfast to your faith. Haven’t you already experienced Jesus Christ himself living in you? If not, you are deficient. I hope you understand that we cannot be devalued. But we pray to God that you will be flawless, not to validate our ministry among you but so that you may continue on the path of righteousness even if we are denigrated. For in reality, the power we have is used in support of the truth, not against it. And we claim before God that you will be fully equipped and mature, for it brings us great joy when you are strong, even if we seem weak and denigrated.”

2 Corinthians‬ ‭13:4-9‬ ‭TPT‬‬

It’s not all on you. It’s not all on you. My grace is made perfect in weakness. You just have to let Me in. You may just have to let go of some things you’ve been holding on to — worries, concerns, wrong identity, fear. Suspend those. Let go of those, and ask Me to breathe resurrection life, the breath of hope and faith into your being. Watch freedom come. Watch faith arise. Watch your own heart be emboldened and enabled for battle. My grace is sufficent. It’s more than sufficient. It’s always more than enough.

How to Respond

  • Lay your life as an open book before the Lord. Talk to Him about your fears, failures, concerns and stresses. Ask Him to breathe in you the grace to conquer and the faith to be revived and strengthened.
  • Pray, Holy Spirit come. Search me. Show me any untoward, unvictorious and unrighteous way within me. Purify me and breathe Your resurrection life in me. I need Your help, Your strength, Your grace to not only get through this but to victoriously overcome it. Thank You Lord.
  • Declare, God’s grace is sufficient for me. His power is perfected in my weakness.
  • Decree, the Lord is breathing resurrection life into me. The Lord is going before me and surrounding my life with grace as I live as an open and vulnerable book before Him. He never leaves me. He never fails me. He never loses and He never lies. My God is an awesome God.
