Today’s Readings:
Isaiah 28-31
John 17
5 In that day the Lord of hosts will be a crown of glory,
Isaiah 28:5-6
and a diadem of beauty, to the remnant of his people,
6 and a spirit of justice to him who sits in judgment,
and strength to those who turn back the battle at the gate.
The Lord says,
I’m looking for fiery passionate, powerful love. I’m looking for those whose love for Me is electric. I’m looking for those who are on fire, wild, burning and full of passion for Me, for My ways and for the truth. I’m looking for My fearless burning ones, those whose love for Me eclipses any hesitation, fear or resistance and compels them to run forward into the fight. I’m looking for My warrior lovers.
16 They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. 17 Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth. 18 As you sent me into the world, so I have sent them into the world. 19 And for their sake I consecrate myself, that they also may be sanctified in truth.
John 17:16-19
I’m looking for My wild ones, the free ones, the uninhibited, untamed ones. I’m looking for those who will run into burning buildings, run into the fight, run into the battle. I’m looking for those who the world would say have reckless love for Me. I’m looking for those ones who will lay it all down, put it all on the line and charge first into the war zone. These are My Navy Seals, My Green Beret warriors in the spirit. These are the ones who cause hell to tremble, who cause darkness to flee, who cause principalities to shrink back at the sight of their strength and unity. These are the ones who war alongside My Angel Armies, empowering them with prophetic instruction.
29 You shall have a song as in the night when a holy feast is kept, and gladness of heart, as when one sets out to the sound of the flute to go to the mountain of the Lord, to the Rock of Israel. 30 And the Lord will cause his majestic voice to be heard and the descending blow of his arm to be seen, in furious anger and a flame of devouring fire, with a cloudburst and storm and hailstones. 31 The Assyrians will be terror-stricken at the voice of the Lord, when he strikes with his rod. 32 And every stroke of the appointed staff that the Lord lays on them will be to the sound of tambourines and lyres. Battling with brandished arm, he will fight with them.33 For a burning place has long been prepared; indeed, for the king it is made ready, its pyre made deep and wide, with fire and wood in abundance; the breath of the Lord, like a stream of sulfur, kindles it.
Isaiah 30:29-33
These warriors of Mine I Am calling up higher. They have been in the midst of ground warfare, and now I Am calling them up higher to the Command Center to gain fresh perspective, to regroup and to get downloads of new strategy, because the battle has turned. The battle has turned. The war is turning in the favor of the victors, and it is time to get strategies that put a decisive end to the fight, that rout the enemy with an overwhelming defeat and close out this battle and this war with an unquestioning fatal blow of defeat to the enemy camp. Come up higher My lovers, My warriors. Come to the Commander and My Command Center. Come for a quick recharge and to get fresh instruction and strategy to close this out. The battle has been long, but as we rout them in this one last unexpected right hook of a blow, this unexpected turn from behind, it will all be over. This is the final maneuver, the final advance, the final push.
20 “I do not ask for these only, but also for those who will believe in me through their word, 21 that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me. 22 The glory that you have given me I have given to them, that they may be one even as we are one, 23 I in them and you in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me.
John 17:20-23
Come to Me for the strategy. Come to Me for fresh insight and refreshing. I will fill you up, and I will send you out with the assurance of victory. The battle plan, the strategy and the maneuver will not fail. It lies in unity —- each with Us and one to another. It lies in love and unbreakable, unbroken covenant. It lies in true faith and eyes to see the future that I have established just beyond this final push. It lies in worship, in thanksgiving, humility and a heart of repentance.
How to Respond
- Seek the Lord today. Ask Him what your place in the battle is and what His strategy is for you. Don’t question what you hear and don’t delay obedience. This is an urgent time.
- Worship and fill your home and your mouth with words of praise, faith and thanksgiving.
- Declare, the Lord is moving us quickly to the final battle of this spiritual war we have been experiencing. He is equipping us and refreshing us for victory.
- Decree, the Lord never loses and He never fails. He will be victorious in this war, and I am on His winning side. Truth, faith and justice will prevail. He will reestablish them in the land, and He will cause peace and freedom reign.
