Psalm 33
The Lord alone is our radiant hope and we trust in him with all our hearts. His wraparound presence will strengthen us. As we trust, we rejoice with an uncontained joy flowing from Yahweh! Let your love and steadfast kindness overshadow us continually, for we trust and we wait upon you!
Psalms 33:20-22 TPT
I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
America has a resilient spirit, and I Am birthing My dreams in her now. The birth pains and the shaking are necessary for the emergence of these new dreams, these new realities to come into existence. Along with the birth pains and the shaking is the destruction, the crumbling and the final end to the old. The old guard will crumble. They will be removed. Old structures will crumble. They must in order to make way for the new.
Compose new melodies that release new praises to the Lord. Play his praises on instruments with the anointing and skill he gives you. Sing and shout with passion; make a spectacular sound of joy— For God’s Word is something to sing about! He is true to his promises, his word can be trusted, and everything he does is reliable and right. The Lord loves seeing justice on the earth. Anywhere and everywhere you can find his faithful, unfailing love!
Psalms 33:3-5 TPT
The sunshine of My favor is shining on America, and there are elements that remain in your midst that cannot tolerate the heat or the light. They are accustomed to the darkness, and they, like a fungus have thrived in darkness and decay. They relish in the rot that I Am exposing, and they will be tossed into the fire with it. That which has clung to the rot and lived and thrived off of the rot will experience the same fate as the rot.
With his breath he scatters the schemes of nations who oppose him; they will never succeed. His destiny-plan for the earth stands sure. His forever-plan remains in place and will never fail.
Psalms 33:10-11 TPT
This is a cleansing time, and like all good cleanings, dismantling and bigger messes are the first signs of progress. It looks worse before it looks better. Don’t be dismayed by the bigger messes. They have to come into the light to be addressed. They have to come into the light and seen for what they are in order for the controlled demolitions to make sense. I want the people on board with the controlled demolitions, so they don’t run to rebuild that which has taken many decades to of planning to destroy. This is the time of new life for America and new life in America. But it will first mean death and destruction to institutions of darkness. It will mean the spotlighting and removal of the ones who have clung vigorously to the stench of death and have grown fat off of it.
This is the time — much like moving house, much like remodeling — when deep cleaning, exposing, disinfecting and dismantling must happen for the rebuilding, for the fresh moving in, so the new does not inherit the problems, the weaknesses and the established, systematized draining of life, health, prosperity and soundness of this place. The bones are good. But many internal structures must be removed and have been targeted for removal.
Blessed and prosperous is that nation who has God as their Lord! They will be the people he has chosen for his own.
Psalm 33:12 TPT
I Am blessing America, and it is going to look a whole lot like cleaning house. It’s going to look a whole lot like remodeling. It will look very much like a bigger mess before we get there. But the Glory is returning to America. My Glory is hovering over America, ready to sweep from shore to shore — from sea to shining sea. I Am blessing America, and it starts with the cleaning up and the shaking.
How to Respond
- Worship the Lord and ask Him to give You eyes to see the new work He has put in motion in America.
- Pray, Lord, help me to cling only to You and not to the world as I know it. Help me to see this country along with old and new leaders the way You do. Help me to see the institutions and structures I have always known as You do. As Your child, I do not have to be shaken in the shaking. Help me to trust in You as I watch the controlled demolition of institutions that have bred death and darkness in America and around the world.
- Declare, His destiny-plan for the earth stands sure. His forever-plan remains in place and will never fail. — Psalm 33:11
- Decree, King Jesus has overcome every plan and structure of darkness. I will partner with Holy Spirit and the Angel Armies in my decrees and declarations to bring down every false and demonic stronghold in America. The old guard that is attached to wickedness will fall. Those who have clung to rot and grown fat off of it will be thrown into the fire with it. I will not be shaken in the shaking, and I will cheer as the controlled demolitions of these institutions of darkness are destroyed.
