Today’s Readings:
Psalm 5
Isaiah 57

9 Their words are unreliable.
Destruction is in their hearts,
drawing people into their darkness with their speeches.
They are smooth-tongued deceivers, flattering with their words.
10 Declare them guilty, O God!
Let their own schemes be their downfall!
Let the guilt of their sins collapse on top of them,
for they rebel against you.

Psalm 5:9-10

The Lord says,
The time of the snake is through. The snake that has been ruling and terrorizing the people, the snake who has kept people afraid and locked indoors, his time is through. I Myself Am cutting off the head of the snake. He will meet his end. It will be swift and decisive and public.

4 I know that you, God, are never pleased with lawlessness,
and evil ones will never be invited into your house.
5 Boasters collapse, unable to survive your scrutiny,
for your hatred of evildoers is clear.
6 You will make an end of all those who lie.
How you hate their hypocrisy and despise all who love violence!

Psalm 5:4-6

His heart is full of lies and his mouth is full of venom. I will cause his lies to overwhelm him, and he will collapse under the weight of the lies in his own heart. The snake that has slithered and hissed at every door in America and beyond, his time is up. His lies are revolting in My sight. His scare tactics and endless thirst for control, I will dry up and bring to a swift end.

There will be a power vacuum where his well known lying face once was. Without this lying one, this paid one, this purchased mouthpiece of lies, the narrative will be even more rudderless. The narrative will spin in chaos and confusion. “Who will give us the talking points now?” they will say.

20 “But the wicked are like the storm-tossed sea,
whose restless waves are never still,
stirring up mud and mire.
21 There is no peace for the wicked,” says my God.

Isaiah 57:20-21

Those that are aligned to sow discord will try to keep the narrative together, but I will cause a spirit of confusion to come among them. They will no longer be able to sing from the same song sheet. They will be greatly distressed at the disorganization and the lack of cohesion of the narrative and the talking points; but they will be powerless to rejoin them.

A great split will occur among the media outlets. Some will take the newfound freedom and shoot for the moon with truth and with boldness. Others will continue to scramble in discord and traffic in old lies. They will shrivel and die on the vine.

14 Yahweh says, “Let the people return to me.
Build! Build up the road, clear the way, and get it ready!
Remove every obstacle from their path.”
15 For this is what the high and majestic one says,
the one who fills the eternal realm with glory,
whose name is Holy:
“I dwell in high and holy places
but also with the bruised and lowly in spirit,
those who are humble and quick to repent.
I dwell with them to revive the spirit of the humble,
to revive the heart of those who are broken over their sin.

Isaiah 57:14-15

This collapse is part of My plan for resurrection. I Am clearing the stage, making a path back. This is one piece of the bigger picture.

How to Respond

  • Pray that those in positions of influence who are lying to the people repent and turn to the Lord.
  • Declare that the Lord is putting an end to the lying and fear mongering that has held Americans captive.
  • Declare that the Lord is causing confusion among those aligned to sow discord, and that they will no longer be able to parrot the same talking points.
  • Declare that the Lord is separating the media outlets by giving them freedom through this confusion, and that some will rise to boldly speak the truth while others will fall to ruin.
  • Declare that the Lord is making a way for a resurrection, and He is reviving the hearts of the people.
