Psalm 139
Lord, you know everything there is to know about me. You perceive every movement of my heart and soul, and you understand my every thought before it even enters my mind. You are so intimately aware of me, Lord. You read my heart like an open book and you know all the words I’m about to speak before I even start a sentence! You know every step I will take before my journey even begins.
Psalms 139:1-4 TPT
I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
I’m peeling back the curtain on people’s purpose. I’m peeling back the black curtain that has held them back from understanding their place, their unique purpose, their mission in the Earth. This is a time of a great revealing. I’m not only revealing things that have been hidden in the world. I’m revealing things that I have placed inside of you. I’m revealing things that have remained obscured and just out reach of understanding. You have scratched them. You have touched them from this side of the curtain, and you may have even moved in the right direction toward them. But you have not grasped the fullness of your purpose in the Earth.
”You’ve gone into my future to prepare the way, and in kindness you follow behind me to spare me from the harm of my past. You have laid your hand on me!
Psalms 139:5 TPT
I Am peeling back the thick black curtain that has kept you from seeing, from understanding, from directly connecting who you are and the passion that I have placed deep inside of you to change the world —to release an indelible, beautiful, powerful mark on the world. I Am giving you a model that is a key, that is THE aha moment that unlocks inspiration, passion and the light of understanding in your life. You will never be the same. After this you will never find an idle moment when you are not consumed as with fire for this purpose that has laid dormant in your heart until now like a kernel waiting to explode into life.
This is just too wonderful, deep, and incomprehensible! Your understanding of me brings me wonder and strength.“
Psalms 139:6 TPT
Open your heart, your mind, your attitude, and live with great expectation. Seek Me with all your heart, and I will unlock hidden places within you that are meant to be opened, revealed and released in this time to change the world forever.
How to Respond
- Live in a posture of seeking the Lord and with a heart of great expectation.
- Pray, Holy Spirit guide me. Help me to move with Your impulses, so I can become the person You designed me to be and be doing the work You purposed for me to do before the foundation of the world.
- Declare, You saw who you created me to be before I became me! Before I’d ever seen the light of day, the number of days you planned for me were already recorded in your book. — Psalms 139:16 TPT
- Decree, This is a time of a great revealing in the Earth and in people’s hearts. The Lord is peeling back the curtain on purpose that has lain dormant in believers’ lives — unrealized, unawakened and not yet grasped. He will bring people and models into lives to unlock purpose in an explosive way that changes people forever and unleashes them as with fire to make their destiny mark on the world.
