Today’s Reading:
Isaiah 54
Isaiah 62
62 For Zion’s sake I will not keep silent,
Isaiah 62:1-5
And for Jerusalem’s sake I will not keep quiet,
Until her righteousness goes forth like brightness,
And her salvation like a torch that is burning.
2 The nations will see your righteousness,
And all kings your glory;
And you will be called by a new name
Which the mouth of the Lord will designate.
3 You will also be a crown of beauty in the hand of the Lord,
And a royal [a]diadem in the hand of your God.
4 It will no longer be said to you, “[b]Forsaken,”
Nor to your land will it any longer be said, “[c]Desolate”;
But you will be called, “[d]My delight is in her,”
And your land, “[e]Married”;
For the Lord delights in you,
And to Him your land will be married.
5 For as a young man marries a virgin,
So your sons will marry you;
And as the [f]bridegroom rejoices over the bride,
So your God will rejoice over you.
The Spirit of the Lord says,
The race is on. The race is on to the finish — the race to My heart, to My goal. The race to bring all men — all men, women boys and girls — to My heart, back to My heart. It’s time to turn over tables. It’s time to set things right. It’s time to confront the money changers with the wicked reality of their dealings. It’s time to up-end structural evil. It’s time to removed wickedness from high places. It’s time for the pulling down of strongholds. The race is on to remove, restore, up-end, transform. The race is on to destroy and rebuild, to confront and change hearts. The race is on for setting things My way. The race is on for establishing the Kingdom way that sets men up to truly live from glory to glory without interference, without so many obstacles tripping them up — without red tape restricting creativity, invention and true service to one another.
8 The Lord has sworn by His right hand and by His strong arm,
Isaiah 62:8-12
“I will never again give your grain as food for your enemies;
Nor will [g]foreigners drink your new wine for which you have labored.”
9 But those who garner it will eat it and praise the Lord;
And those who gather it will drink it in the courts of My sanctuary.
10 Go through, go through the gates,
Clear the way [h]for the people;
Build up, build up the highway,
Remove the stones, lift up a standard over the peoples.
11 Behold, the Lord has proclaimed to the end of the earth,
Say to the daughter of Zion, “Lo, your salvation comes;
Behold His reward is with Him, and His recompense before Him.”
12 And they will call them, “The holy people,
The redeemed of the Lord”;
And you will be called, “Sought out, a city not forsaken.”
This is a time of a great tumult. This is a time where all systems change. This is a time where wickedness is exposed as it falls to the ground to be crushed and ended. This is a time where the shaking shakes the rats out of their holes, and vermin get scared out into the open. They will squeal. They will squeal. They will scatter, and each one will operate in wild self-preservation. But the traps for these vermin — for each and every one — have been set. The shaking is forcing them out into the open. The shaking is breaking loose their bond and disrupting their communication. The shaking allows for the traps to close on each and every one.
The shaking is a glorious shaking that is bringing down false systems. It is toppling false systems and demon doctrines. It is toppling strongholds long held and fortified by Satan himself. I will bring it all down.
9 “For [e]this is like the days of Noah to Me,
Isaiah 54:9-10
When I swore that the waters of Noah
Would not [f]flood the earth again;
So I have sworn that I will not be angry with you
Nor will I rebuke you.
10 “For the mountains may be removed and the hills may shake,
But My lovingkindness will not be removed from you,
And My covenant of peace will not be shaken,”
Says the Lord who has compassion on you.
Everything that can be shaken shall be shaken, but those on the Rock of My anointing — those whose feet and hearts and lives are firmly planted on and anchored to the Rock of their salvation, King Jesus, will not be moved. They will not suffer defeat. They will see and experience the greatest victories of their lives and even one of the greatest victories ever told. This is a monumental time. This is a monumental shaking. This is a monumental unraveling of evil. The race is on. I Am drawing many men, women girls and boys to My heart, even as the world around them shakes, crashes and crumbles. My sheep shall not be scattered. I will cover and protect them all.
How to Respond
- Turn to Jesus. Surrender and anchor your life to Him if you have not done so or if you need to do it afresh. (More on how here.)
- Pray, Jesus, You are the way, the truth and the life. No one can come to the Father except through You. Thank You for making a way for us. That You for guiding, covering and protecting us in this dark time and in the shaking of every world system that we know. You are my Rock and Firm Foundation. In You I will not be moved, and in You, I will have the victory.
- Declare, the Earth is the Lord’s and the fullness therein. The Lord changes times and seasons. He sets leaders up, and He takes leaders down according to His will and purpose.
- Decree, I will not be shaken in the shaking. I will emerge victorious with the Lord my God. I will see wicked institutions, systems and doctrines shattered and destroyed. I will see the up-ending of evil and the restoration of many hearts to the Lord. I will see wholesale change of the world in my lifetime. I will see the transfer of the world systems from wickedness to the Kingdom of God. And I will see and experience the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
