Isaiah 60
”Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.“
Isaiah 60:1-3 KJV
The Spirit of the Living God says,
I’m shifting things. I’m shifting the balance of power — from the left to the right. From wrong to right. From hate to light. People are tiring of division. People are tired of darkness, depravity and no boundaries. People are tired of no expectation for a standard. You were born for structure, for order, for love. You were born to be children of light who bear light, bring light and multiply light. You were made to innovate, to carry truth and to be such a strong example, such a strong pillar of faith, of truth, of righteousness, that the gates of hell cannot advance.
”We roar all like bears, and mourn sore like doves: we look for judgment, but there is none; for salvation, but it is far off from us. For our transgressions are multiplied before thee, and our sins testify against us: for our transgressions are with us; and as for our iniquities, we know them; in transgressing and lying against the LORD, and departing away from our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood. And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter. Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the LORD saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment.“

The pendulum is swinging the hearts of the people back to righteousness, back to light, back to honor, dignity and truth. The days of loving darkness, pursuing darkness and celebrating darkness are running out. They are dwindling, and the days of choosing life, love, connection, joy and faith in Jesus are rushing in like an ocean tide. The youth are rising up. The youth are dissatisfied with the choices they have been given and the reality they have been served. They want truth. They want a future and a hope. They want wholeness, dignity and purity. This is a generation who will be known for its burning desire for purity, its intolerance for lies and false narratives, its intolerance of injustice. This is a generation whose eyes burn with the holy fire of truth, and whose mouths roar with the roar of lions — demanding truth, righteousness, wholeness and justice from their government, from those in positions of power and leadership in every sphere.
”So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him. And the Redeemer shall come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith the LORD. As for me, this is my covenant with them, saith the LORD; My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed’s seed, saith the LORD, from henceforth and for ever.“

This generation will rise up as the standard, and they will demand the standard. This is the time where the enemy has come in like a flood, and I Am indeed raising up a standard against it. This generation WILL BE My standard bearers, whose demand for the standard of righteousness pierces through the noise with a mighty uncontrollable roar. They will not back down. They will not relent. They will not be deterred or shut up. They are charging the flood of the gates of hell, and THEY ARE the standard I have raised. They will bear and demand this standard.
How to Respond
- Pursue greater intimacy with the Lord, and pursue personal purity.
- Pray, Holy Spirit come. Examine me. Examine my heart, mind, lifestyle and habits. Highlight every area that needs refining, that needs to be changed to be in alignment with Heaven and with truth. Thank You for turning the tide on wickedness and darkness. Thank You for causing a deep dissatisfaction with the ways and choices of darkness. Help me to be one who is a standard bearer of truth, righteousness and justice. Help me to stand boldly as part of the generation who roars against evil and demands the standard of Heaven.
- Declare, when the enemy comes in like a flood, the Lord raises up a standard against him.
- Decree, I will be found among those who greatly desire and pursue purity. I will be one who models and demands purity, truth, wholeness, righteousness and justice. I will see this nation and world move from wrong to right, from division to connection, from hate to light. I will be part of righteousness, justice and honor being restored in the government and in the world around me.
