Psalm 27
The season has changed, the bondage of your barren winter has ended, and the season of hiding is over and gone. The rains have soaked the earth and left it bright with blossoming flowers. The season for singing and pruning the vines has arrived. I hear the cooing of doves in our land, filling the air with songs to awaken you and guide you forth.
Song of Songs 2:11-12 TPT
I heard the Spirit of the Living God of all grace say,
I Am bringing hope to the hopeless, and I Am drawing the lonely out of their hiding place, their hidden place — out of the shadows where they have remained. The time of fulfillment is here. This is the springtime of delight where you feel My great and excessive love explode onto the scene.
Can you not discern this new day of destiny breaking forth around you? The early signs of my purposes and plans are bursting forth. The budding vines of new life are now blooming everywhere. The fragrance of their flowers whispers, “There is change in the air.” Arise, my love, my beautiful companion, and run with me to the higher place. For now is the time to arise and come away with me.
Song of Songs 2:13 TPT
What has seemed dry and barren, cold and forgotten will burst to life in an instant. This is the season of fruitfulness, favor and fulfillment. The barren dead days of winter are done. And the vibrant, delightful color filled days of springtime and laughter are here. You will feel the sunlight of My favor on your skin. You will taste the sweetness of My goodness and My deep, unending, intricately detailed love for you.
I heard your voice in my heart say, “Come, seek my face;” my inner being responded, “Yahweh, I’m seeking your face with all my heart.”
Psalms 27:8 TPT
Be holy therefore as I Am holy. I Am making your life an example, a blessing and a celebration. So be holy as I Am holy. Walk in a manner worthy of your calling. Walk in a manner worthy of your rank and the measure of authority you carry. As eyes turn to you, I want them to be able to say, “God has been so good to her. Look at the way He made her life bloom. Look at the way He made her life a poetry and a song. What a testament to the goodness of God. What a testament of promises fulfilled. She has seen tasted and seen the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.”
How to Respond
- Live in an attitude of worship and expectation.
- Pray, Papa, Jesus, Holy Spirit thank You for seeing every aspect of my life. Thank You for seeing the places that are dry and barren. Thank You for turning the page in my life — to favor, fruitfulness and fulfillment. I want to live in that place where desires fulfilled become trees of life. I want to be a living example of the goodness and faithfulness of the Lord.
- Declare, I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. He is so good and so faithful. He’s never failed me, and He never will.
- Decree, I will live in great expectation of the blossoming of the dry places in my life. I choose to purify myself, so I can be a worthy example to all who see me. I will walk in a manner worthy of my calling, and I will experience my story become one that is marked by the fruitfulness, favor and fulfillment of the Lord.
