“I tell you: ask, and you shall receive; seek, and you shall find; knock, and the door shall be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives; and everyone who seeks, finds; and to everyone who knocks the door will be opened. Which of you fathers, if your son asks for a fish, would give him a snake instead? So if you, even though you are evil, still know to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him?””

The Spirit of the Lord says,
My grace is on you to move. My grace is on you to move fluidly and without friction, without stress, without extra weight or baggage. Some things I have called you to carry, but anything I have called you to carry, I have not called you to carry alone. My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.
Are you finding delight in your day? Are you bringing joy to your day? Are you carrying a white hot radiant light for Me as you go through your day? I have called you to abundant living. If the yoke is heavy, it is not mine. If the burden is weighing you down, I did not put it on your shoulders. Take a step back. Reevaluate. Reassess. Ask Me how to order your day. Ask Me to what I Am calling you. Ask Me who I say you are. Ask Me what needs to get done. Ask Me for wisdom. You have not, because you ask not. You know not and wander blindly because you haven’t stopped to ask Me for directions. You haven’t asked me to light your path. Stop and ask for directions. I Am here, better than any GPS.
12 Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, “I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life.”
John 8:12
I Am here, waiting to speak with you, to encourage you, to lighten your load and show you the lit path. I desire to put your feet on a well lit path.
Let Me show you. Let Me tell you. Let me help you. All you have to do is ask. I’m here with open arms and a spacious lap. Come sit with Me and ask Me. I Am not the god who wants to be the boss of you. I’m not the one who leads you astray and sends you down hard roads for kicks. I Am your perfect loving Father. I Am the one who imagined you before time began. I Am the one who specially designed you and knit you together in your mother’s womb. Why should you think such harsh and negative thoughts toward Me? My thoughts about you are only good. I only think good things about you. I love you, and I made you to prosper and live a life of abundance. I created you for a full heart and a light load. I made you for running, for laughter, for dancing, celebrating and joy. I made you to accomplish good works that I have prepared in advance — good works that bring life to your eyes and soul, good works that make you come alive.
“Yahweh is my revelation-light and the source of my salvation. I fear no one! I’ll never turn back and run, for you, Yahweh, surround and protect me.
Psalms 27:1 TPT
Come sit with Me. Come walk with Me. Let me talk to you and tell you which way to go. I can see it all. I Am outside of time. I can see it all. I Am outside of space. Let me walk you down a well lit path and cause you to prosper. I love you My child. I love you. Shake off that heavy yoke. Drop off those heavy weighted burdens. Let’s regroup together and walk forward lightly — in My grace, with My voice in your ear and My hand in your hand.
How to Respond
- Take some time to pause on life and sit with the Lord to reevaluate all that you are carrying and have going on. Ask Him for direction, for insight, for guidance. Ask Him to show you how to re-prioritize all that is going on and ask Him what He wants to do today. His plans and instructions are always simple. They are not complicated.
- Pray, Holy Spirit, thank You for being here with me. Thank You for loving me, for speaking and for guiding me. Thank You for Your encouragement today to stop and reevaluate life and lists and heavy burdens with You. Thank You in advance for showing me what I need to know and do. You are so faithful. Thank You Lord.
- Declare, the Lord’s yoke is easy, and His burden is light. He is a good good Father who thinks only good thoughts about me and whose plans for me are perfect, for my good, my delight and my benefit.
- Decree, I will walk a well lit path with the Lord. I will not pick up any burden that He does not give me. I refuse to take on busyness and stress. I will accomplish much more with the Lord than I could ever fathom to do without Him. I will set my eyes on the goals that He has placed in my heart, and I will walk faithfully toward them hand in hand with Him.
