Today’s Reading:
Isaiah 40
Romans 8

”Don’t you know? Haven’t you been listening? Yahweh is the one and only everlasting God, the Creator of all you can see and imagine! He never gets weary or worn out. His intelligence is unlimited; he is never puzzled over what to do! He empowers the feeble and infuses the powerless with increasing strength. Even young people faint and get exhausted; athletic ones may stumble and fall. But those who entwine their hearts with Yahweh will experience divine strength. They will rise up on soaring wings and fly like eagles, run their races without growing weary, and walk through life without giving up.“

Isaiah‬ ‭40‬:‭28‬-‭31‬ ‭TPT‬‬

The Spirit of the Living God of Israel says,
Challenges are coming, but I have overcome the world. Challenges are moving in, but I have empowered you to leap over them like an expert hurdler. This is a time of running your race quickly, relentlessly and with eyes focused on the race around you and in front of you. These new hurdles that come into the race may be placed there unexpectedly, but you will sail over them like a gazelle. Fear not. Slowing down will make it impossible for you to sail over the hurdle. Hesitating could cause you to trip. Just keep running at top speed, and watch as I enable you to completely soar right over the hurdles that get put in your lane.

”And in a similar way, the Holy Spirit takes hold of us in our human frailty to empower us in our weakness. For example, at times we don’t even know how to pray, or know the best things to ask for. But the Holy Spirit rises up within us to super-intercede on our behalf, pleading to God with emotional sighs too deep for words. God, the searcher of the heart, knows fully our longings, yet he also understands the desires of the Spirit, because the Holy Spirit passionately pleads before God for us, his holy ones, in perfect harmony with God’s plan and our destiny. So we are convinced that every detail of our lives is continually woven together for good, for we are his lovers who have been called to fulfill his designed purpose.“

Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭26‬-‭28‬ ‭TPT‬‬

My grace is on your race. My grace is empowering you to run it well and to be victorious. Challenges will come and go, and for people looking on at your race, for those watching from the stadium seats with an up-higher perspective — it looks like you have met those challenges effortlessly. It looks like you were made for this. And indeed you were. I have prepared you, equipped you and empowered you to meet every challenge you face whether from Me or elsewhere. You can do it because of My Spirit inside of you. My grace will lift and carry you, and My love will be the energy that powers and propels you. For those who are looking on and cheering you on, it is a beautiful sight to see. For that great cloud of witnesses, it is obvious you are right where you need to be.

”Yet even in the midst of all these things, we triumph over them all, for God has made us to be more than conquerors, and his demonstrated love is our glorious victory over everything! So now I live with the confidence that there is nothing in the universe with the power to separate us from God’s love. I’m convinced that his love will triumph over death, life’s troubles, fallen angels, or dark rulers in the heavens. There is nothing in our present or future circumstances that can weaken his love. There is no power above us or beneath us—no power that could ever be found in the universe that can distance us from God’s passionate love, which is lavished upon us through our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One!“

Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭37‬-‭39‬ ‭TPT‬‬

I have positioned you in My slipstream of grace, and no challenge will halt you, will trip you, will disqualify you from this race. I Am the Everlasting God. I Am the Creator of Heaven and Earth. I Am the Prince of Peace. I Am Emmanuel, God with you, and I have overcome the world. I have given and continue to give you everything you need pertaining to life and godliness. This is a season to soar right over the obstacles and challenges that come your way. Don’t spend too much time thinking about them. Don’t get in your head. Just leap right over them, and they will stay in the rear-view mirror. You will glide and run and leap empowered by My grace. Don’t overthink it. Don’t question it. Just go. And keep going. In Me you have everything you need.

How to Respond

  • Trust the Lord and keep running the race He has called you to run. Run it with confidence in Him and all diligence.
  • Pray, Holy Spirit thank You for being here with me, inside of me — encouraging me, empowering me and instructing me in how to run this race. Help me to leap over the challenges that get set before me. Help me to not get into fear or overthinking but instead, run in trust that Your grace is more than sufficient to carry me over every obstacle that comes into my path.
  • Declare, the grace of the Lord my God is more than sufficient for me. The Lord has empowered me and equipped me for every aspect of the race He has called me to run.
  • Decree, I choose to trust in the Lord my God. I will not waver. I will not falter. I will not faint. I will keep running at top speed, and I will soar empowered by His Spirit over each obstacle that comes into my path. I will see the victory, and I will hold it in my hand. My God has already won, and my faith, trust and obedience are keys to a victorious race.
