Today’s Reading:
Isaiah 65
16 “Because he who [l]is blessed in the earth
Isaiah 65:16 NASB 1995
Will [m]be blessed by the God of truth;
And he who swears in the earth
Will swear by the God of truth;
Because the former troubles are forgotten,
And because they are hidden from My sight!
The Spirit of the Lord says,
My goodness covers the Earth. The truth goes out from My mouth like the sound of a trumpet. Truth is being heralded in the Earth from all directions. The Earth is being bombarded with the sound of truth. I Am bombarding the Earth and the enemy with truth. Truth is inescapable. It is coming from every direction, and it is rising up like a great dome above the canopy of the Earth. The truth is sealed. It will not be shaken. It will not be moved. It will not be shattered or even chipped away. The truth will stand firm like a great, invisible canopy over the Earth.
13 Therefore, thus says the Lord [h]God,
Isaiah 65:13-15 NASB1995
“Behold, My servants will eat, but you will be hungry.
Behold, My servants will drink, but you will be thirsty.
Behold, My servants will rejoice, but you will be put to shame.
14 “Behold, My servants will shout joyfully with a glad heart,
But you will cry out with a [i]heavy heart,
And you will wail with a broken spirit.
15 “You will leave your name for a curse to My chosen ones,
And the Lord [j]God will slay you.
But [k]My servants will be called by another name.
Hearts will be and are being set free. Chains are breaking under the canopy of truth. Lies are dissolving because of the atmosphere created by truth. The truth can be enjoyed, can be celebrated, can be put to song. The truth can be played by a great brass band. The truth does not have to remain stagnant on pages and filed away as books on a shelf. The truth can be put to song. It can, and it should be a great sound of celebration.
The truth will entrap many. You who wear haughty smiles and winking eyes and make handshakes under tables for pay. You will find the truth encircles your neck like a great iron manacle, and you will be led away. The truth is creating a place for great celebration, and the enemies of old cannot stay. Those who have trafficked in lies, death and hate will find themselves encircled at the neck by truth and unceremoniously led away. The wicked will be led out of the pasture, and those who remain will celebrate.
17 “For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth;
Isaiah 65:17-19 NASB1995
And the former things will not be remembered or come to [n]mind.
18 “But be glad and rejoice forever in what I create;
For behold, I create Jerusalem for rejoicing
And her people for gladness.
19 “I will also rejoice in Jerusalem and be glad in My people;
And there will no longer be heard in her
The voice of weeping and the sound of crying.
I Am the way, the truth and the life. I Am the Great Celebration. Truth is cause for a great celebration. I Am sealing you into an atmosphere of truth. I Am covering the Earth with a canopy of truth. The truth will not be escapable. It will permeate everything. It will be the very air you breathe.
How to Respond
- Meditate on the Word of God. Fill yourself with truth.
- Pray, Holy Spirit come. Bombard the Earth with the sound of truth. Cover the Earth with a great dome of truth that is impermeable and impervious to attack. Cause the atmosphere to be filled with and transformed by truth, so that even the air we breathe is that of truth. Cause the truth to break every lie and to free those in bondage. Use the truth to entrap those who hate You and Your people, and let them be led away from the scene.
- Declare, the Lord is bombarding the Earth with truth, and He is covering the Earth with a great sealed dome of truth.
- Decree, I will hear, see and experience the bombardment of truth in the world. I will see the truth bring freedom to many, and I will see the truth entrap and bring justice to those who have willfully trafficked in hate, lies, abuse and death. I will take part in a great, widespread celebration of truth, and the Name of the Lord will be raised high.
