Read Psalms – Chapters 15 & 16
Now faith brings our hopes into reality and becomes the foundation needed to acquire the things we long for. It is all the evidence required to prove what is still unseen. This testimony of faith is what previous generations were commended for. Faith empowers us to see that the universe was created and beautifully coordinated by the power of God’s words! He spoke and the invisible realm gave birth to all that is seen.
Hebrews 11:1-3
Purity & Faith Go Hand in Hand
The Lord says,
Purity and innocence. I long to see My children return to a place of purity and innocence. I long for them to live in pure joy, with clean and open, unbroken, uncorrupted hearts; with eyes of wonder, full of faith; with minds filled with beautiful, worthy, clean things.
Purity of heart makes life so much easier. Purity of mind makes faith possible. And faith in Me makes all things possible, because nothing is impossible for Me.
Purity and faith go hand in hand. One strengthens the other. Fill your eyes and your hearts and minds and ears with beautiful, innocent and holy things, and watch how your trust in Me increases. Watch how your wonder and awe of Me and My creation increases. Watch how I build childlike faith in you as you pursue purity.
As you set your eyes on Me, as you fasten your eyes on Me and learn about My goodness, My faithfulness – as you study the lives and the stories and the legacies of the faithful ones before you – I will move and stir in your heart in a way that causes you to desire purity. To desire to rid yourself of inputs – all kinds of media and conversations and relationships that don’t value and promote purity. Because your faith draws you to pure things and changes your desires, it causes you to pivot away from even seemingly reasonable things, inputs, situations that don’t feel honoring and don’t point to purity.
This is what faith does. This is how faith and purity work together. I desire to see you filled with both.
Joy, Freedom & Fresh Starts
The Lord says,
I’m filling hearts with joy. I Am sprinkling beautiful reminders of My love on the people – on those who know Me and those who don’t. This has been a time, this past year – of shaking, of transition and clearing the decks to make way for the new. This is what I Am still doing. I Am clearing the decks, I Am shaking out the things in life that are holding many back. I’m making the truth visible to people’s eyes and hearts, so they can make choices that allow them to clear the decks, to make a fresh start, to build a new future.
I have delights and treasures and remarkable gifts hidden for these along their path. With this lighter load, with the lighter burden, they can move faster, they can accelerate. Many will find these treasures and gifts that I have planted on their paths. And they will look up, and they will meet Me on their path. And this will be how many people’s adventures with Me start – by recognizing that I was the planter, the giver of a gift – and looking up to acknowledge that. It will be such a sweet time, because there is no religion behind it. Just the purity and truth of Jesus. Nothing added, nothing required – just a true partnership and friendship with Me, in faith and purity. And it will change everything. And these beautiful moments, these unexpected holy encounters with Me will change the trajectory of many lives and it will mark a move of My Spirit that is not tied to religion, is not tied to a denomination – it is one where all are welcome, all are wanted, where all who come are justified and find freedom.
I Am the Great Deliverer. I Am the Doorway to freedom, I Am the Way, the Truth and the Life.
This Glorious Move will come, will move out of these sweet moments that are these life changing encounters with Me. This will be the pattern of the stories of many, because I Am a Personal God. I come for the individual. I meet with My children individually, personally. This is the reality of an encounter with Me. It is personal. There will be corporate expressions and encounters with My Glory. But even in a corporate setting, I meet each of My children individually. I Am here for you. I have come for you. I long to join My life and My heart and My desires with you.
How to Respond
- Sit with the Lord, ask Him to bring to mind anything in your life that is not adding value and building purity and faith in you. Ask Him for strategies on how to clear out those things.
- Go to a favorite place and sit with the Lord and ask Him what clearing the decks and a fresh new future looks like for you. Ask for a fresh vision and possibly even a new path.
- Keep an eye out for those special gifts, those treasures that the Lord is placing in your path, and when you see them, stop and look up. Thank Him and celebrate the gift. He loves to see you celebrate His gifts.
