Isaiah 2
2 Now it will come about that
Isaiah 2:2-3
In the last days
The mountain of the house of the Lord
Will be established as the chief of the mountains,
And will be raised above the hills;
And all the nations will stream to it.
3 And many peoples will come and say,
“Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord,
To the house of the God of Jacob;
That He may teach us concerning His ways
And that we may walk in His paths.”
For the law will go forth from Zion
And the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.
The Lord says,
Create a space for Me. Create a welcoming, inviting, special place for Me in your life, in your day, in your family and in your home. Treat Me as a highly honored guest. Treat me as your King. Treat Me as a long sought after lover. Treat Me as one treasured above all others. Lay the groundwork in your life for Me. I Am Your rock and Your firm foundation. Bid Me be the one upon whom your life is built, your family is built, your future is built and the touchstone from which you make all decisions. I Am the beginning and the end. Make Me your beginning point and your end point. As you make decisions or consider options, start with Me; and as you walk with Me through them and they reach a point of completion, end with Me. End with thanksgiving to Me. Do your after action report with Me. Make Me your beginning and your end.
5 Come, house of Jacob, and let us walk in the light of the Lord.
Isaiah 2:5
Make space for Me. Make room for Me. Create a space of honor and reverence for Me in your heart and home. Make Me the one around whom your life revolves. Make Me the center, the touchstone, the beginning and the end. Bring Me in, invite Me in to permeate every aspect, every decision, every moment and every plan.
Daydream with Me. Plan with Me. Cast wide your vision with Me. Bring Me in to order your days, and watch how much you can accomplish. Watch how much gets done. I Am supernatural. Remember? You have access to that too, in Me. Make Me the cornerstone upon whom your life is built. Rearrange everything to make Me first, front and center; and watch the ripple effect of wisdom, of blessing, of strength of fortitude.
Keep your eyes on Me. Keep your heart continually drawing near to Me. Desire Me in the innermost parts, and I will birth freedom in your land. Freedom is birthed from communion with Me. Relentlessly draw near to Me, and I will set You free. Where the Spirit of the Lord is there is freedom. Make a beautiful, dedicated, central space for Me. Welcome Me in to stay, dwell and live with you, and I will set your bound heart, I will set your bound life, I will set your shackled mind free.

12 For the Lord of hosts will have a day of reckoning
Isaiah 2:12
Against everyone who is proud and lofty
And against everyone who is lifted up,
That he may be abased.
The Lord says,
Trust Me. Trust Me to do abundantly more than You can ask, think or imagine. Trust Me to exceed all expectations. Trust Me to surprise the world, to shock the world, to make waves that have impact across the world. This is the calm before the storm. Though it is calm, you can feel the eeriness that tells you the storm is gathering and approaching from a distance. Like a summer storm, I will come in as a torrential, unexpected flood. Like a summer storm, you can sense that I Am coming, but you can’t predict the moment I arrive. Like a summer storm, My move will be powerful, unrelenting but short lived. I Am coming in like a flood. I Am coming in like a powerful summer storm, and there will be much debris left to clean and dispose of in My wake.
17 The pride of man will be humbled
Isaiah 2:17-19
And the loftiness of men will be abased;
And the Lord alone will be exalted in that day,
18 But the idols will completely vanish.
19 Men will go into caves of the rocks
And into holes of the ground
Before the terror of the Lord
And the splendor of His majesty,
When He arises to make the earth tremble.
I Am the storm. I Am the flood. I Am the power, the pounding and the One who dismantles evil. I Am also the rain of gentle refreshing for My lovers. I Am the One who upholds you with My righteous right hand. Do not fear the storm. I Am the storm. If you are in Me, you have nothing to fear. My show of power will be global. It will be decisive, and it will be a mighty wake up call to the nations. My storm will beckon many in to Me, and it will wipe the slate clean. I will wipe the stage clean, and I will wash away life as you know it. I Am coming as the storm called Change, and in My wake nothing can remain the same. Nothing will remain the same.
How to Respond
- Sit with the Lord and ask Him what making room for Him, making a dedicated place of honor for Him in your life and home looks like.
- Pray, Lord thank You for Your unrelenting, unconditional love. Thank You for doggedly pursuing us and for wanting to dwell with us. Show me how to create an immovable place for You in my life. Show me how to invite you in to every aspect of my life and home. I want to give You unrestricted access to me and my family.
- Declare, the Lord is the storm called Change. He is coming to wipe slates clean and to wipe the stage clean of filth, immorality, injustice, lies, abuse and abominations. He is coming to release freedom.
- Decree, I will make a dedicated place of honor and reverence for the Lord in my life. I give Him unrestricted access to my life, decisions and family. I welcome the Spirit of the Lord to dwell with me, because He is absolutely good; and so I can live in true freedom.
