Today’s Reading:
Psalm 18
Even though I was helpless in the hands of my hateful, strong enemy, you were good to deliver me. When I was at my weakest, my enemies attacked— but the Lord held on to me. His love broke open the way, and he brought me into a beautiful, broad place. He rescued me—because his delight is in me!
Psalms 18:17-19 TPT
I heard the Spirit of the Living God of all Creation say,
No one owns My people. They are not property. They are Mine, because they have willingly covenanted themselves — their hearts, their lives, their futures to Me. But no one owns My people. My people have been set free. Can you feel the freedom in the air? Can you taste it in the atmosphere? It is riding on the breeze. Once again My people have been set free.
Good people will taste your goodness. And to those who are loyal to you, you love to prove that you are loyal and true. And for those who are purified, they find you always pure. But you’ll outwit the crooked and cunning with your craftiness. To the humble you bring heaven’s deliverance, but the proud and haughty you disregard. God, all at once you turned on a floodlight for me! You are the revelation-light in my darkness, and in your brightness I can see the path ahead.
Psalms 18:25-28 TPT
Ownership contracts over My people are broken, cancelled, null and void. And I have taken the muzzle off of their lips. You thought it was loud? It’s about to get really really loud, because My people have been set free. The constraints that held them back are dissolved, the chains are broken and the muzzles over their mouths removed. By My Spirit, I will silence the haters, the mockers, the liars and the fools. And I will turn up the volume of the roar of My people. They are no longer under false, corrupt ownership. And they will roar with the roar of the lion —in victory and in defiance of evil, in defiance of the chains that once bound them, in defiance and ungovernable usurpation of the muzzles that once held their mouths shut.
Yahweh lives! Praise is lifted high to the unshakable God! Towering over all, my Savior-God is worthy to be praised! Look how he pays back harm to all who harm me, subduing all who come against me. He rescues me from my enemies; he lifts me up high and keeps me out of reach, far from the grasp of my violent foe. So I thank you, Yahweh, with my praises! I will sing my song to the highest God, so all among the nations will hear me.
Psalms 18:46-49 TPT
The air is teeming with freedom again. The freedom that once marked America, that once marked My people has been set free again. I have released it into the atmosphere even as I released My people from the snare of the fowler. Freedom waves like a mighty banner over My people, over the treasury, over the leadership and over the land. You will be amazed at how freedom rises and reigns this year. You will be amazed at what all and who all is set free. You will be amazed at how many things that have been locked up, how many people who have been silenced and put away will see their shackles broken and their muzzles removed. And they will be set free. The freedom of these truths, these people, these ideas and institutions will change the world forever. My people are not owned. They are no longer held under a false title of ownership. They have been fully and wonderfully set free.
How to Respond
- Praise the Lord for the freedom that has come and is even increasing.
- Pray, Lord, thank You that You have set me fully and wonderfully free. Thank You for removing the false title of ownership that has enslaved the people of America. We are not owned. We have covenanted ourselves to You as a nation and as individuals. Thank You Lord, for removing the chains and the muzzles. Cause us to roar in victorious defiance of evil with You.
- Declare, He whom the Son sets free is free indeed. – John 8:36
- Decree, I am not owned. I Am covenanted by my free will to my Creator, God and Savior, King Jesus. The enemy’s false title of ownership over the people of America, over the nation of America has been broken. And King Jesus has once again set us fully and wonderfully free. We are free to roar, free to build, free to grow, free to live, free to teach and free to speak. We are completely free. And the enemy is defeated yet again. He is the forever loser.
