Choose the Lord
The Lord says,
My grace is sufficient for whatever you are going through — whether self-inflicted or not. I choose you, regardless of your station in life, regardless of the condition of your heart, regardless of the mess you have made, regardless of the pain you have caused, regardless of it all, I choose you. Again and again I choose you. I reach My hand out, longing to pull you up and out of your mess and distress. I long to rescue you, to restore you, to change the landscape of your life. But you have to receive My offer. You have to grasp onto My hand. You have to be a willing party to My rescue.
I choose you, whether its the first time you’ve said yes, or it’s the 800th time you’ve required rescue. I Am here, and I choose you. Don’t let the enemy’s lies keep you in the pit. Don’t let the defeat you’ve experienced hold you from a bright future in Me. Don’t let your failures keep you from victory. I Am here, with an outstretched arm, choosing you, every day. Lift up your eyes to Me. Stretch out your hand toward Mine, and be rescued into freedom, into forgiveness, into relationship, and into a life of purpose and destiny. Continuing to walk in your own ways will leave you filled with a gaping hole of discontent. It will leave you empty even as you have successes and see desires fulfilled. You will still live with an emptiness. That’s the place where I belong, in that empty spot. It’s been reserved for Me since before you were created. Invite Me in. Allow Me to come in, to rearrange things, to change your heart, your mind, your perspective. I Am here choosing you. Choose Me.
The Lord is Restoring Joy & Expectation
The Lord says,
I Am restoring joy. I Am raising the hopes and expectations of many. You can sense My move in the atmosphere. You can feel it all around you. My Spirit is getting the hopes of many up and raising expectations for justice, for exposure, for truth, and for victory. Many have had their hearts filled with defeat and their eyes downcast in gloom and worry, but these I Am causing to be lifted up. These eyes I Am telling to look up!! These hearts I Am telling to be glad and rejoice! The day of salvation is near. The day that reveals all things is near — things that you have heard quiet reports about and things that you have no knowledge of. All will be revealed. Many, many, many things will be revealed in this day, and it will be known as a day that the truth had an impact on the world. It will feel as if the truth had a physical impact on the earth because of the weight and the power and breadth of it. This is the MOAB, the Mother of All Bombs, of truth. So much revelation will come from it, people will hold their heads trying to take it all in. People will blink with confusion because it is too much to grasp and process. In the wake of this day of truth, it will take many, many, many days to unpack and deal with all of the implications of the truths revealed. It is serious and grave, but it is also glorious and a catalyst of freedom. Look up. Be expectant. It is near.
How to Respond
- If you find yourself far from the Lord, reach out and choose Him. Here’s how you can do that. (Link).
- Receive the joy that the Lord is releasing. Stir up joy and expectancy in your heart.
- Declare that the day of salvation through the Lord’s revealing of many truths is near.
- Declare that truth, righteousness and justice will once again be pillars of this nation and society.
- Get outside and find ways to have fun and delight in creation today. Do something that makes your heart happy.
