Today’s Reading:
John 1
Isaiah 44
“In the beginning the Living Expression was already there. And the Living Expression was with God, yet fully God. They were together—face-to-face, in the very beginning. And through his creative inspiration this Living Expression made all things, for nothing has existence apart from him! A fountain of life was in him, for his life is light for all humanity. And this Light never fails to shine through darkness— Light that darkness could not overcome!”
John 1:1-5 TPT
The Spirit of the Lord says,
We are on the precipice of change. The precipice is the tipping point of change. It will take you into the great, wide unknown. It may feel like a free fall, but I will bear you up. We have hit the point of no return. We can’t go backward. We can’t go back the way we came. We must go forward. We must take the first step, and we must return to the ancient foundations which feel very, very, very, extraordinarily far from here. While the distance from the precipice to the foundations is far, the free fall expedites the process. It vastly accelerates the time it takes to get there. It’s much more expedient than trying to turn around and go back the way you came. You can’t relive history. You must move forward. And it’s time to move forward and return to the ancient foundation, which can be found directly at the base — far beneath the precipice.
6 “For the Lord, the King of Israel and his Redeemer, the Lord of hosts says this, ‘I am the First and I am the Last;
Isaiah 44:6-8 AMP
And there is no God besides Me.
7 ‘Who is like Me? Let him proclaim it and declare it;
Yes, let him confront Me,
Since I established the people of antiquity.
And let them [those supposed gods] tell those people [who foolishly follow them] the things to come
And the events that are going to take place.
8 ‘Do not tremble nor be afraid [of the violent upheavals to come];
Have I not long ago proclaimed it to you and declared it?
And you are My witnesses.
Is there a God besides Me?
There is no other Rock;
I know of none.’”
If you see the free fall, don’t panic. If you feel and experience the free fall, don’t give way to fear. I will bear you up. I will return you safely, soundly to the ancient foundation. It’s time for My people to have their feet firmly, solidly, squarely on the ancient foundation. It’s time to return to the unshakeable, immovable, indestructible ancient foundation. Far, far below the precipice in a humble place is where the ancient foundation was laid and where it can still be found. In humility, you will find rest. In humility, you will find strength. In humility, you will find the soles of your feet, your knees and even your face resting upon, trusting, leaning in deep longing for, Christ your solid rock and firm foundation. He is the starting point. He is the answer to every question. He is the place upon which this nation must fall in order to go forward. His is the unshakeable Kingdom. He is the one who cannot and will not be moved.
24 For the Lord, your Redeemer, and He who formed you from the womb says this, “I am the Lord, Maker of all things,
Isaiah 44:24-26 AMP
Who alone stretches out the heavens,
Who spreads out the earth [e]by Myself,
25 Frustrating the signs and confounding the omens of boasters (false prophets),
Making fools out of [f]fortune-tellers,
Counteracting the wise
And making their knowledge ridiculous,
26 Confirming the word of His servant
And carrying out the plan of His messengers.
It is I who says of Jerusalem, ‘She shall [again] be inhabited!’
And of the cities of Judah, ‘They shall [again] be built.’
And I will raise up and restore her ruins.
Christ Jesus, your Savior and Redeemer is the rock upon which this nation was built. He is the rock upon which your faith and your future have been built. He is the way, the truth and the life. No way forward exists without Him. Your God and Savior is humble, and He requires humility for entrance to His narrow way. The proud cannot enter. Those whose faith and trust and hope is in Him can enter. He is the Ancient Foundation, the Door and the Key. He is the humble path that takes you, takes this nation through the ancient door back on its appointed path to the future. You can’t get there any other way. It requires the precipice, the fall, the return to humility of the ancient foundation and continued humility, sustained humility to walk through the narrow door and the narrow way. He is the key. He is the door. He is the way. He is the ancient foundation. He is the restoration. He is the only way.
How to Respond
- Check your heart with the Lord. Ensure you are walking in humility and remaining close to Him.
- Pray, Holy Spirit come. You are the only one who can get us out of this mess. Help us to move forward, even if it means we must fall very very far. If we fall onto the ancient foundation of Jesus, we will be saved as a nation. Move us safely from the precipice to the ancient foundation Lord. Only You can.
- Declare, Christ Jesus is the ancient foundation upon which this nation was built. He is the door and the key. He is the way, the truth and the life. No man can get to the Father except through Him. This nation cannot move forward, unless we return humbly to Him and go forward in Him.
- Decree, I will walk humbly with the Lord my God. I have my feet firmly planted on Jesus Christ my Savior. He is my rock and my firm foundation. I shall not be moved. I will stay in humility, and I will walk through the ancient door on the narrow way. I will see the remnant and many more do the same — and together in humility and devotion to Jesus, our ancient foundation, we will take the narrow path that returns America to her destiny.
