Today’s Reading:
Isaiah 54

“Shout for joy, O barren one, you who have borne no child;
Break forth into joyful shouting and cry aloud, you who have not travailed;
For the sons of the desolate one will be more numerous
Than the sons of the married woman,” says the Lord.
2 “Enlarge the place of your tent;
Stretch out the curtains of your dwellings, spare not;
Lengthen your cords
And strengthen your pegs.
3 “For you will spread abroad to the right and to the left.
And your descendants will possess nations
And will resettle the desolate cities.

Isaiah 54:1-3

The Spirit of the Lord says,
Trust in Me. I will see you through. Trust in Me. As you do, you will see the seas part before your very eyes. Your feet will tread upon dry land. Trust in Me. My heart is for you, and My smile is on you. My pleasure is on you as you go, as you do, as you plan, build and put your hands to all that I have placed in your heart. All of it. All of it. All of it. Nothing has to get left behind. If it’s in your heart, and you are in Me, I have a place for it. I have made a place for it. If you can’t see how it fits, it’s time to lengthen the ropes of your tent and strengthen your tent pegs.

4 “Fear not, for you will not be put to shame;
And do not feel humiliated, for you will not be disgraced;
But you will forget the shame of your youth,
And the reproach of your widowhood you will remember no more.
5 “For your husband is your Maker,
Whose name is the Lord of hosts;
And your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel,
Who is called the God of all the earth.
6 “For the Lord has called you,
Like a wife forsaken and grieved in spirit,
Even like a wife of one’s youth when she is rejected,”
Says your God.

Isaiah 54:4-6

It’s time for big tent living. All that is in your heart to do, I have room for it. I have made room for it. You must make room too. You must make adjustments too. If you need the space for all that I’ve put in your heart to do, you have to make room too. You have to make adjustments too. This is a season that requires great flexibility, great agility and a ready yes spirit. Have your yes ready as opportunities come. This is a have your yes ready season. This is a season of overwhelming opportunities and big tent living. Have your yes ready. Ready your yes.

11 “O afflicted one, storm-tossed, and not comforted,
Behold, I will set your stones in antimony,
And your foundations I will lay in sapphires.
12 “Moreover, I will make your battlements of rubies,
And your gates of crystal,
And your entire wall of precious stones.

Isaiah 54:11-12

The drumbeat is steady, and the cadence is picking up. This is the time kings go out to war. This is the time of spring harvest. This is the time that enemies are slain. This is a season of victory and opportunity growing like abundant fruit on the tree. They are growing on the same tree. Ready your yes, and set your gaze on Me. Ready your yes, and I will bring the victory. I will help you direct your yes. I will help you hit the right target. Make sure your tent has sufficient space, that sufficient room has been made for all that will come your way that deserves a place. The spoils of war will be yours. Ready a place. The victory is already won.

How to Respond

  • Lay all that’s in your heart to do before the Lord. Ask Him how you can make room for each one. Ask Him for a path for each one.
  • Pray, Holy Spirit come. Give me wisdom, discernment, understanding. Help me to shake off and cut away anything that is not for me in this season of opportunity. Help me to see with Your eyes and to go after all that You have put in my heart. I want to be one who misses no opportunity and leaves nothing undone that You have called me to do.
  • Declare, these are days of warring, victory, opportunity and harvest.
  • Decree, I will make room for all the Lord has put in my heart to do. I will not leave anything undone. I will not say that my space is too small to fit any dream, any instruction, any gift that the Lord has given me. I will have a ready yes. I will not miss a single opportunity.
