11 God said to me once and for all,
Psalm 62:11-12
“All the strength and power you need flows from me!”
And again I heard it clearly said,
12 “All the love you need is found in me!”
And it’s true that you repay people for what they do.
The Taste of First Fruits
The Lord says,
You are beginning to taste the first fruits of your labor. You are beginning to enter the early harvest for what you have sown and toiled for. You didn’t necessarily even know what kind of trees and plants you were planting and tending. But you are beginning to see and taste the fruits of it, and they are sweet, perfect and a great delight.
This is the perfection of My harvest — you plant, and tend the garden, but I, the Lord your God, bring the Harvest. I Am the Lord of the Harvest. It is the early days of reaping. The fruit is young on the trees, and it will be getting sweeter and heavier.
This week many are beginning to reap what they have sown — for better or for worse. The truth of what has been sown and diligently tended is coming out. It is bearing fruit, and the fruit is obvious for all to see. Some is sweet, and some is bitter. The good seed bears good fruit. The corrupted and bad seeds, the seeds of darkness, produce bitter and very vile fruits. It is harvest time. What you have been watching and waiting for in great anticipation is here.
It’s Harvest Time
The Lord says,
This is the time of the dual harvests. Watch that I perform my word. One harvest will reap celebration, blessing, favor and delight. One harvest will reap exposure, fear, shame and anguish.
This is the season of many personal victories for those who are aligned with Me and are walking by My Spirit, guided by what My pleasure rests on. This is a season of breakthrough. Just as the flower petals open overnight, just as the caterpillar bursts from its cocoon in a moment, just as the chick emerges from her shell, and just as the nuts break free from their husks, I Am causing the birthing of many personal victories. I Am causing the emergence of of many new identities and positions.
We are leaving the old season behind, and the shift into the new will bring change, change, change. It will bring careers to a new level. Positions will emerge that never existed before. New levels of maturity, confidence and strength are here. The darkness of the former season is giving way to light. The darkness of the season was a time of great growth, an anchoring of convictions and a strengthening and deep permanent etching of character. This new season will be marked by the people who walk in great maturity, wisdom and character, who value honor and what is right.
24 Therefore, just as tongues of fire
Isaiah 5:24
lick up the straw and dry grass,
they will be destroyed, just as a plant with decaying roots
and blossoms dries up like dust and is blown away in the wind.
For they said, “No!” to the teachings of Yahweh,
the Lord of Angel Armies,
and have despised the word of the Holy One of Israel!
The bad harvest will be burnt up. The bad fruit will not be permitted to remain for long into this new season. This field of evil and darkness that is producing vile fruit has taken and established itself in the position of right, but it’s fruit will expose it. The vile fruit will expose the bad seeds, and this field of evil will no longer be permitted to remain. It will not keep its position as what is right. It will meet a fiery end, and it will lay in an ash heap on display for all to see.
Even the smell of the smoke from the burning of the wicked field will stink and burn the nostrils. I will blow this wind from the East to the West, so all can smell and remember the stench of the burning of the wicked field that established itself as right. It was not right. It will never be right, and it will no longer be permitted to stand in the place of right.
The coals of My wrath are preparing to drop on this wicked field, but first the vile fruits must show the world what this wicked field has produced. The days of exposure have started. The fruit is ripening on the vines and the trees — the good and the wicked fruit alike. You will see.
These are the Days of Elijah. These are the Days of My Trumpet sounding loudly. These are the Days of Awakening. These are the Days of Revival.
How to Respond
- Spend time with the Lord. Examine your heart, and ask the Lord to show you if there’s anything that you need to get rid of and not take in to this new season.
- Seek the Lord, and ask Him to give you an understanding of what His pleasure and favor look like and how to use them as guides.
- Ask the Lord for a greater measure of wisdom.
- Declare that the days of the good and the wicked harvests are here.
- Declare that the Lord is blessing those who have sown good seeds of righteousness, honor and justice.
- Declare that the Lord is exposing the fruits of wickedness and His judgement will bring great freedom.
