Today’s Reading:
Isaiah 63-64

11 Then His people remembered the days of old, of Moses.
Where is He who brought them up out of the sea with the shepherds of His flock?
Where is He who put His Holy Spirit in the midst of them,
12 Who caused His glorious arm to go at the right hand of Moses,
Who divided the waters before them to make for Himself an everlasting name,
13 Who led them through the depths?
Like the horse in the wilderness, they did not stumble;
14 As the cattle which go down into the valley,
The Spirit of the Lord gave them rest.
So You led Your people,
To make for Yourself a glorious name.

Isaiah 63:11-14

The Spirit of the Lord says,
The nations roar and rage. Like a storm-tossed ship at sea, this is how My people feel. This is how the nations feel. The waves are rough, and the seas unpredictable. Yet I Am here, in your midst. Yet I Am here hovering among you, hovering above it all. Keep your eyes on Me. Keep your spirit tuned to the nearness of My Presence, and you will not fear the waves. You will not fear the reports of lack, scarcity and famine. You will not fear the bad report of an impending shipwreck. You will not fear getting lost at sea.

Fear not, for I Am with you. I will never leave you nor forsake you, and I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. I Am your strength. I Am your majestic King. Whom or what shall you fear? Tune out the bad reports. The enemy has put bad reports in the mouths of reporters, in the mouths of naysayers and doomsdayers. But I have overcome the world. The Earth is Mine and the fullness thereof. A bruised reed I will not break, nor a smoldering wick will I snuff out. I Am here for the broken, the lost, the confused.

18 Your holy people possessed Your sanctuary for a little while,
Our adversaries have trodden it down.
19 We have become like those over whom You have never ruled,
Like those who were not called by Your name.

Isaiah 63:18-19

The storm is not Mine, yet I Am among you. I Am in it. The storm’s purpose will fail, and the storm’s intent will backfire. What the enemy meant for evil, I will always turn for good. This is no exception. This time will be a great, monumental overtaking. This time will have the significance of the Red Sea crossing. This backfiring, this exodus from evil, from bondage, from slavery, from abuse and misuse will backfire so epically, so publicly, so tremendously, that it will be called the second Red Sea crossing. Your pharaohs will be engulfed by the sea as you escape on dry land. Their chariots, their henchmen, their dogs of doom will nip at your heels, yet they will be subsumed by the waves never to be heard or seen again.

We are entering the Red Sea moment. We are entering the time of the great divide closing to engulf the enemy. The divide will close, and it will engulf, overwhelm and destroy the enemy. When division ceases, so too will the enemy. Unity will require the end of those with the enemy and his heinous plot. Many Hamans will hang on the gallows made by their own hands. Many bloodthirsty ones will trip and fall into the pit of their own making. As the divide between the people closes, the enemy and those with him will be shut out of the discussion, will be shut out of the action. They will come to a demise built by their very own bloody hands. Those who mistakenly chose the side of the enemy, those wanderers who landed into the camp of the enemy, those blind and deaf ones who found refuge and acceptance in the camp of the enemy will be purged from their midst. They will escape as if from the fire, and they will run into the midst of the unified ones. This is where the scales will fall from their eyes, the plugs in their ears will fall free, their hearts covered with shells and iron will crack off and be set free, will be red again, made of flesh and beating for Me again.

64 Oh, that You would rend the heavens and come down,
That the mountains might quake at Your presence—
2 As fire kindles the brushwood, as fire causes water to boil—
To make Your name known to Your adversaries,
That the nations may tremble at Your presence!
3 When You did awesome things which we did not expect,
You came down, the mountains quaked at Your presence.
4 For from days of old they have not heard or perceived by ear,
Nor has the eye seen a God besides You,
Who acts in behalf of the one who waits for Him.

Isaiah 64:1-4

This is the time of the turnaround. This is the time of the Second Red Sea crossing. This is the time where those mistakenly with the enemy will escape as if from the fire. This is the time of unity like the world has never seen. And this is the time where unity overtakes evil and drowns it out completely. They will call it the Second Red Sea Crossing and the Great Awakening.

How to Respond

  • Determine in your heart to keep your eyes on the Lord. When you notice yourself shift into fear, repent and re-focus on Him.
  • Pray, Holy Spirit come. Do a work like we have never seen, dreamed or experienced before. Restore the people of the nations to unity. Open blind eyes and deaf ears, crack off the stone and iron coverings from hearts and return us to a people whose King is our God. Make us one as You are one. Help us to keep our eyes on You, to walk by faith and not by sight, and to live in ready obedience to Your voice. Thank You Lord for an exodus plan for Your people that destroys the works and the attacks of the enemy. Thank You Lord that You have made a way to rescue even those who are deceived and have mistakenly chosen the camp of the enemy. Bring them back over to Your side.
  • Declare, the Lord is bringing us steadily to a second Red Sea crossing. He will cause the enemy’s plans to backfire, and He will provide an epic means of escape for the people.
  • Decree, I will keep my eyes on the Lord and my ears attuned to His voice. I will walk by faith and not by sight. I will see and be part of this epic, historic event that the Lord has planned to rescue His people from bondage and to destroy the works of the enemy. I will see the nations united in the love of the Lord. I will not fear. The Lord will uphold me with His righteous right hand.
