1 Timothy 1
”Mercy kissed me, even though I used to be a blasphemer, a persecutor of believers, and a scorner of what turned out to be true. I was ignorant and didn’t know what I was doing. I was flooded with such incredible grace, like a river overflowing its banks, until I was full of faith and love for Jesus, the Anointed One! I can testify that the Word is true and deserves to be received by all, for Jesus Christ came into the world to bring sinners back to life—even me, the worst sinner of all!“
1 Timothy 1:13-15 TPT
The Spirit of the Living God says,
I’m raising up leaders. I’m raising up prophets, teachers, pastors, evangelists and apostles who hear My voice and obey, who hear My voice and respond saying, “Lord here I am, send me.” Gone are the days of dead works Christianity. Gone are the days of the Word without power. I Am raising up wild ones who have eyes for only Me, whose eyes and hearts burn with fiery passion for Me, for the Kingdom of God, for truth and to rescue humanity from the pit.
”[…] I was captured by grace, so that Jesus Christ could display through me the outpouring of his Spirit as a pattern to be seen for all those who would believe in him for eternal life. Because of this my praises rise to the King of all the universe who is indestructible, invisible, and full of glory, the only God who is worthy of the highest honors throughout all of time and throughout the eternity of eternities! Amen!“
1 Timothy 1:16-17 TPT
Ours is a Great Awakening. Ours is a mass revival. Ours is a time and a shift that sets many old players aside who have not kept their heart in sync with Mine, who have not matched their priorities to Mine, who have set their name above Mine, who have set their fame above Mine.
This is a time of wild passion. This is a time of whole life transformation. This is not just a time of rote conversions. NO — this is a time that changes history, because hearts and the fiber of people’s beings is being marked by the blood of Jesus, by the Spirit of the Living God. Men and women are rising with hearts aflame for Me. They will not be shut down, and they will not be shut up. Those who excelled at cancel culture will break every mold. They will be so reformed, so transformed, so wildly different, that they become the very ones who cancel cancel culture. And those who try to remain as a the arbiters of truth, as the ones on high who say what can be said and what cannot be said, they will become as mice in the eyes of the people. They will shrivel up into smallness, irrelevance and ineffectiveness in the eyes of the people.
”But you are God’s chosen treasure —priests who are kings, a spiritual “nation” set apart as God’s devoted ones. He called you out of darkness to experience his marvelous light, and now he claims you as his very own. He did this so that you would broadcast his glorious wonders throughout the world. For at one time you were not God’s people, but now you are. At one time you knew nothing of God’s mercy, because you hadn’t received it yet, but now you are drenched with it!“
1 Peter 2:9-10 TPT
The truth will reign supreme. The truth will reign with eyes of fire. This won’t look like church as you know it. It won’t look like the revivals of the past. It won’t look like the awakenings and the crusades and the marches of the past. This a New Pentecost. This is a new baptism by fire. And all of My people will be holy and set apart before the Lord. This is the New Awakening. Rise up in passion. Be bold. Allow yourself to step into the place where you can shed the past, shed the weights and be baptized by fire. This is the time for your own awakening.
How to Respond
- Shed unbelief and realign yourself with the Lord.
- Pray, Holy Spirit come. I want to be among those who trust and wait in expectancy on You. I want to be one whose heart and life is aligned with Yours. I don’t want old, dead religion. I want to be baptized by Your fire. I want to experience and be part of the New Pentecost. I desire my own awakening and to see the world set on fire with passion and love for You.
- Declare, we are a holy people to the Lord our God; the Lord our God has chosen us to be a people for His own possession out of all the peoples who are on the face of the earth. (Deut. 7:6)
- Decree, I will see the Lord push aside those who are operating in their own strength, those who are exalting themselves above Him, and those who have walked away from their first love. I will see Him choose and exalt those whose yes is ready, who live in expectancy and whose only hope is in the Lord. I will see and experience the New Pentecost and be one who is baptized by fire. I will see the whole world changed by the fiery, passionate move of the Lord.
