Today’s Reading:
Isaiah 32
Malachi 4
Haggai 2
”Beat your breasts in sorrow for your bountiful farms and your fruitful grapevines. For your land will be overgrown with thorns and briers. Your joyful homes and happy towns will be gone. The palace and the city will be deserted, and busy towns will be empty. Wild donkeys will frolic and flocks will graze in the empty forts and watchtowers until at last the Spirit is poured out on us from heaven. Then the wilderness will become a fertile field, and the fertile field will yield bountiful crops. Justice will rule in the wilderness and righteousness in the fertile field. And this righteousness will bring peace. Yes, it will bring quietness and confidence forever. My people will live in safety, quietly at home. They will be at rest. Even if the forest should be destroyed and the city torn down, the Lord will greatly bless his people. Wherever they plant seed, bountiful crops will spring up. Their cattle and donkeys will graze freely.“
Isaiah 32:12-20 NLT
The Spirit of the Living God of Truth says,
Mine is judgement that transforms. My judgement transforms situations, restores and brings healing to broken and bruised hearts. My judgement transforms nations. I Am the one who turns a desert into a fertile field and a fertile field into a forest. I Am the one who causes streams to flow in the desert. I Am the one whose judgment transforms. Mine is the true restorative justice. Some trust in horses, some trust in chariots, but I will trust in the Name of the Lord My God.
“For behold, the day is coming, burning like a furnace; and all the arrogant and every evildoer will be chaff; and the day that is coming will set them ablaze,” says the Lord of hosts, “so that it will leave them neither root nor branch.” “But for you who fear My name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings; and you will go forth and skip about like calves from the stall. You will tread down the wicked, for they will be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day which I am preparing,” says the Lord of hosts. “Remember the law of Moses My servant, even the statutes and ordinances which I commanded him in Horeb for all Israel. “Behold, I am going to send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and terrible day of the Lord. He will restore the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the children to their fathers, so that I will not come and smite the land with a curse.”
Malachi 4:1-6 NASB1995
Champions are in the field. Champions are racing forward now. New days are ahead. I Am peeling back the cover on a new day, a new dawn. A new day is dawning on America — a day that will return hearts back to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, a day that turns the hearts of the fathers back to their sons and the sons back to their fathers, a day of family restoration, of rebuilding the ancient ruins and returning to the ancient foundations. This is all near. My transformational judgment is near, and it is to give you a future and a hope. It’s to return America to her destined position as a city on a hill whose light shines and points the hearts of men to liberty in Christ Jesus.
‘Who is left among you who saw this temple in its former glory? And how do you see it now? Does it not seem to you like nothing in comparison? But now take courage, Zerubbabel,’ declares the Lord, ‘take courage also, Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and all you people of the land take courage,’ declares the Lord, ‘and work; for I am with you,’ declares the Lord of hosts. ‘As for the promise which I made you when you came out of Egypt, My Spirit is abiding in your midst; do not fear!’ For thus says the Lord of hosts, ‘Once more in a little while, I am going to shake the heavens and the earth, the sea also and the dry land. I will shake all the nations; and they will come with the wealth of all nations, and I will fill this house with glory,’ says the Lord of hosts. ‘The silver is Mine and the gold is Mine,’ declares the Lord of hosts. ‘The latter glory of this house will be greater than the former,’ says the Lord of hosts, ‘and in this place I will give peace,’ declares the Lord of hosts.”
Haggai 2:3-9 NASB1995
I Am restoring hearts to life. I Am breathing hope and refreshing on a dry and weary nation. Even your land will rejoice. Even your crops will sing praise. The day of salvation is near. It’s nearer now than when it first appeared. Remain in Me, and I will remain in you. You will look on as the wicked perish in judgment. The gold is Mine and the silver is Mine saith the Lord of hosts. A day of reckoning is very near. The dawning of My transformational judgment is peeking through.
How to Respond
- Trust the Lord and live with expectation of His good for your family and our nation.
- Pray, Lord thank You that Your plans and ways and thoughts are higher than mine. Thank You that You are moving to a day of transformational judgement that sets things right in our nation. Lord, I long to see that day. Help me know what I can do help usher it in.
- Declare, The Lord Jesus is mighty to save.
- Decree, I will see the transformational judgement of the Lord on America. I will see Him set things right. I will look on as the wicked perish in judgement, and I will see families restored and the desolate heritages restored to original intent. I will see America return to her ancient foundations and be exalted once again as a great city on a hill that proclaims the liberty that comes from the Lord God Almighty in Christ Jesus.
