A Call to Holiness
The Lord says,
Holiness is on My heart today — My holiness, and how I have set My people apart for Myself, for relationship, for fulfillment, for destiny, joy and abundance. Holiness, the choice of holiness, the choice of sanctification, the daily choice of setting yourself apart to be with Me, to be on My side is what makes a righteous movement. You are not alone. You are with Me, and many others besides you have chosen the good thing. They have chosen Me. Many are daily, quietly, personally choosing holiness and sanctification. They are choosing, invisibly, alongside you, to seek Me first and My righteousness; and it is My will, My promise and My good pleasure to add all of these other things to you — joy, abundance, destiny, community.
A holiness movement, a righteousness movement of My people is starting with many personal, individual decisions for holiness and sanctification. The number of those choosing this is growing and multiplying every day. The movement is growing in strength, in numbers, and soon it will grow in recognition of the movement. For now the movement is indiscernible, as these personal holiness decisions are being made, and lives are being lived step by step, moment by moment to honor Me, to reflect Me and My ways. But soon, you will look up and see the mighty army of believers who have joined this holiness movement — all through personal decisions, personal encounters, personal desire for Me. It is a beautiful and worthy and sustainable thing, because it is not driven by man, by hype, or by a tidal wave of corporate experience. It is personal. Each one, each choice is personally anchored in Me, and it is a movement of the strong who are becoming stronger each day.
The Fields Are Ripe for the Harvest
The Lord says,
These ones choosing holiness are My reapers that I Am sending out into the ripe Harvest fields. The grain is heavy on the stalks, and the fruit is ripe and heavy on the trees. These set aside ones, this great and growing army of single-minded, holiness-focused ones are My heavyweights. They are the ones who will bring many to Me. The time is so near for them to be in the fields for Harvest.
This is a living breathing Harvest, and the Harvest is moving and active and will surround My heavyweights, My holy ones. This is not a Harvest that will require great pursuit and searching. It is a bountiful Harvest that is ready, ripe for the picking. Some, perhaps much, of the Harvest will even pursue the reaper, so that they can find salvation, rest and relief in Me. This is going to be a most unusual time, and a greatly sustainable movement.
I Am walking through the Harvest fields, and as I walk through them, many, many, many will feel a touch from Me. This is a gentle spiritual awakening for some, and a startling and abrupt one for others. I Am moving gently through the fields, ripening the Harvest and causing those who have been asleep to wake up to the knowledge of Me. I Am stirring hearts and waking desire and hearts for Me. My Spirit is stirring up the hearts and desires of many, and as I pass by, many are reaching out — many hands are stretched forth looking for someone to guide them back to My touch. Once they have felt My touch, once they have tasted this brush of My Presence, nothing else will do. They know, with this gentle wake-up call that there is no substitute. There is no other way. They need Me. And their need for Me is an urgent need that must be met.
As you go into the Harvest fields, or as you are confronted with the Harvest, this will be a different kind of Harvesting. This is not a Harvest where we cut the past off at the knees. This is a Harvest where we uproot everything; and the past, present and future of these newly Harvested ones will bow and be fully submitted to Me. This uprooting is a special mark of this Move of this Harvest. With this uprooting, I Am bringing total and instant healing of many hurts, sins and broken places in people’s pasts. The Earth has not witnessed such a widespread healing and deliverance movement. This Harvest is is bringing in completely changed, healed, delivered, fully new, fully restored people. And it will be a wild and wonderful and mind-bending thing to witness.
Be holy, therefore, as I Am holy.
How to Respond
- Sit with the Lord. Ask Him to help you examine your heart. Have you made a choice to set yourself apart for Him? For the long haul? Ask Him what that would look like for you.
- Spend time reading the letters to the early church. Allow these teachings to help you make little and big course corrections in your daily life.
- Ask the Lord for a revelation of His holiness.
- Declare that the Lord of the Harvest is holy.
- Tell the Lord that you are making yourself available for gathering in the Harvest.
- Declare that the Harvest is ripe and that you have an important role to play to bring it into the Lord’s storehouse in its fullness.
