Today’s Readings:
2 Thessalonians 1
Psalm 92
Isaiah 42

92 It’s so enjoyable to come before you
with uncontainable praises spilling from our hearts!
How we love to sing our praises over and over to you,
to the matchless God, high and exalted over all!
2 At each and every sunrise we will be thanking you
for your kindness and your love.
As the sun sets and all through the night,
we will keep proclaiming, “You are so faithful!”

Psalm 92:1-2

The Lord says,
Keep practicing a lifestyle of gratitude. This is a season where it is easy to remember and count your blessings, so don’t stop. Don’t let it be a seasonal thing. Count your blessings. Name them. Celebrate them. This is a beautiful act of worship before Me. Practice thanksgiving with a full heart and with gladness. Watch how it changes your perspective on everything. If your eyes are always searching for what is right and what is beautiful and what is good, they will find these things. Don’t you want your heart and mind to dwell on what is lovely, what is pure, what is acceptable and worthy of celebration? What a better way to live. What an up higher way to live.

Seek the beautiful things in life. Seek the precious things in life. These are the priceless things in life that will add years to your life and fill your heart with gladness, faith and joy. Be grateful and seek more and more things that are worthy of thanksgiving and celebration. You will never tire of this lifestyle or this mindset. It’s a beautiful practice that can stretch forward into eternity. It’s a beautiful practice that removes stress and actually causes your blood pressure to lower. Gratitude brings peace into your life. Gratitude attracts peace and creates peace.

12 Yes! Look how you’ve made all your devoted lovers
to flourish like palm trees,
each one growing in victory, standing with strength!
13 You’ve transplanted them into your heavenly courtyard,
where they are thriving before you,
14 for in your presence they will still overflow and be anointed.
Even in their old age they will stay fresh,
bearing luscious fruit and abiding faithfully.
15 Listen to them! With pleasure they still proclaim:
“You’re so good! You’re my beautiful strength!
You’ve never made a mistake with me.”

Psalm 92:12-15

Trust and obey. This is a season to hold loosely to the now and even looser to the past. Much of the now and the former season will fall to the ground and be left where it is. It won’t come with us into the new. Gratitude actually makes it easier to let go of the old, the former and even the now; because you are training yourself to see and to trust that I Am good, that I provide, that I Am active and present throughout your daily life.

A lifestyle of gratitude will equip you to leave the former things that don’t fit where were are going in this new season and this new place. It equips you to leave them behind and expect good things where we are going. It causes you to expect My goodness to meet you there and My provision to be there when you arrrive. Gratitude is essential in this hour. Let your eyes roam, and count your blessings. Make it a game and a practice and a discipline. Cause it to be a natural and routine exercise for your mind and spirit. Watch as even the practice of gratitude gives you much to be grateful for. The practice of gratitude will give you more than the effort required to practice it takes.

I won’t let you go. Don’t fear this new season. I Am there, and I Am here with you now. I will walk with you and guide you. I won’t let you go. You are not alone, and I won’t let you fall. I’m holding you and walking with you into the new. You are not alone.

9 Don’t you see that what I have prophesied has come to pass?
And now I am foretelling the future.
I declare it to you before it sprouts up.”
10
Sing to Yahweh a brand-new song!
Sing his praise until it echoes from the ends of the earth!
Sailors and sea creatures, praise him!
Islands and all their inhabitants, sing his praise!
11 Let the desert and its villages lift their voices in praise!
Let the tent villages of Kedar shout their praises!
Let the residents of Sela’s cliffs shout with glee,
with a celebration shout from the mountaintops!
12 Let them give Yahweh the glorious praise he deserves
and declare his praise in the islands!
13
Yahweh goes out to battle like a hero
and stirs up his passion and zeal like a mighty warrior.
Yes, his God-shout is a mighty battle cry;
he will triumph heroically over all his foes.

Isaiah 42:9-13

I Am moving things toward the right and causing great acceleration. Things are speeding up and moving quickly toward the right. I Am filling people with joy and great anticipation. Bodies can sense that I Am near, that I Am moving, and that My Hand is about to cause great change. Can you feel My nearness? I will flip this whole thing over like a pancake. It doesn’t take effort for Me. Don’t let your heart be troubled at what you see. I will flip this. I will cook the other side. The goose of those who oppose Me is cooked. Then we eat cake. Prepare yourself to eat cake. Celebration is near. Reversal is near. The flip is very near.

Don’t get hung up on the news. The time to eat cake is near. Worship. Sit. Watch. You probably do want to be sitting down for this. It’s going to be so fun and so stunning to watch. You will gasp.

How to Respond

  • Stay in the Lord’s Presence.
  • Count your blessings. Find a way to make this part of your lifestyle. Build it in to the rhythm of your life.
  • Ask the Lord for His help to hold loosely onto the things that He will have you drop to enter into the next season.
  • Ask the Lord for fresh vision of what awaits you in the new season and new place He is bringing us.
  • Declare that the Lord is good and faithful and true.
  • Declare that He is bringing us into a new season of unparalleled blessing and fruitfulness.
  • Declare that the Lord is moving to accomplish a great flip and reversal – a great change in the Earth on behalf of the people and in judgement of those who oppose Him.
