Ephesians 5
”Be imitators of God in everything you do, for then you will represent your Father as his beloved sons and daughters. And continue to walk surrendered to the extravagant love of Christ, for he surrendered his life as a sacrifice for us. His great love for us was pleasing to God, like an aroma of adoration—a sweet healing fragrance.“

The Spirit of the Living God says,
Choices are coming. Choices are coming — big and small. Choices will drop right into your lap. It will seem like they fell from the sky. Some choices will surprise you. Others will take your breath away. This is a time to be decisive. This is a time to recognize My voice, My yes and My no. This is a time to discern My pulling, My leading, My nudging and to recognize the great sense of My pleasure. Not all of the attractive choices will be a yes. Not all of the strange, unexpected or unusual and even not quite attractive choices will be a no. Discernment is key. Discernment will literally be the key that opens the door of My favor and grace on these choices.
”Once your life was full of sin’s darkness, but now you have the very light of our Lord shining through you because of your union with him. Your mission is to live as children flooded with his revelation-light! And the supernatural fruits of his light will be seen in you—goodness, righteousness, and truth. Then you will learn to choose what is beautiful to our Lord.“
Ephesians 5:8-10 TPT
This is a time of preparation, and some choices will be to help you prepare. This is a time of building and setting frameworks, foundations and structures, and some choices will advance your building. This is a time of dreaming big, and some of these choices will help you cast your vision far out, much farther than you had been able to before. Grace is here for preparation, building and vision casting, for expansion and pioneering. Watch as a great deal of choices appear. Watch as I bring choices that will set you into divine alignment. Watch as I bring choices that will change the trajectory of your path. This is a time to stay close to Me. Stay delighted in Me. Keep your eyes open for vision that is far beyond what you hold in your hand.
”So be very careful how you live, not being like those with no understanding, but live honorably with true wisdom, for we are living in evil times. Take full advantage of every day as you spend your life for his purposes. And don’t live foolishly for then you will have discernment to fully understand God’s will.“
Ephesians 5:15-17 TPT
I will bring the increase. I will cause you to cast vision far, far into the distant future, far beyond what man’s eyes can see. Choose to walk in the choices that are filled with My pleasure. This is a time where you can tune in to My voice with greater accuracy than ever before and recognize the places, the choices, the moments on which My pleasure rests. This will be a great comfort and signpost to you as you make decisions in the days ahead. These decisions are the ones that will prepare you and will chart and build your future.
How to Respond
- Tune into the Lord. Spend time with Him and practice hearing His voice.
- Obey His instruction and prompting quickly and fully.
- Pray, Holy Spirit help me to recognize and discern between the choices that come my way. Help me to hear Your voice with greater clarity and accuracy. Help me to clearly perceive the choices on which Your pleasure rests. Help me to walk with boldness and decisiveness, so I can choose, build, prepare and cast vision with great effectiveness for my life and my role in Your Kingdom.
- Declare, this is a time of choices, preparation, building and vision casting. The Lord will make the right choices clear to those to seek Him and desire His guidance.
- Decree, I will walk confidently and with great delight in the Lord. As choices come my way, I will choose as the Lord guides, and I will choose the things, moments, connections on which His pleasure and delight rest. I will see and discern with greater clarity than I ever have, because the Lord’s grace is on me in this time of decision making.
