Today’s Reading
1 Corinthians 6
Philippians 1

”Have you forgotten that your body is now the sacred temple of the Spirit of Holiness, who lives in you? You don’t belong to yourself any longer, for the gift of God, the Holy Spirit, lives inside your sanctuary. You were God’s expensive purchase, paid for with tears of blood, so by all means, then, use your body to bring glory to God!“

1 Corinthians‬ ‭6‬:‭19‬-‭20‬ ‭TPT‬‬

The Spirit of the Living God says,
Your love of Me, Your worship and adoration of Me is like beautiful sweet incense coming up to My Throne. Not one thought of Me is lost. Not one prayer, one song, one honoring thought or word of yours toward Me is missed. I catch them all. I see them all. I treasure them all.

Your body is a living temple, and your heart is the Holy of Holies where I reside. Take care of yourself. Guard your heart with all diligence for from it flow the wellsprings of life.

”I pray with great faith for you, because I’m fully convinced that the One who began this gracious work in you will faithfully continue the process of maturing you until the unveiling of our Lord Jesus Christ!“

Philippians‬ ‭1‬:‭6‬ ‭TPT‬‬

This is the springtime of My favor. Spring is a time to clean out old habits, old mindsets, former ways and thought patterns. Spring is a time to make repairs and freshen things up. This is a time to get your house in order — the house of your body, your person, your inner you. It’s time for a refreshing and a rearranging. It’s time to put away those things, set aside and get rid of those things that are no longer serving you. And it’s a time to sit with Me and ask Me what new should come in. This is the time to make room for new habits, new ways of operating and new people. This is the springtime of My favor. It is your time to do a spring cleaning, because I need you to make room for what I Am doing next. I need you to make room for who I Am bringing and to even make room for doing the same work differently. Step back and reevaluate your hows. I will highlight ways you can be more efficient and more effective with the time that you have to do the tasks that have to get done.

”I continue to pray for your love to grow and increase beyond measure, bringing you into the rich revelation of spiritual insight in all things. This will enable you to choose the most excellent way of all —becoming pure and without offense until the unveiling of Christ. And you will be filled completely with the fruits of righteousness that are found in Jesus, the Anointed One—bringing great praise and glory to God!“

Philippians‬ ‭1‬:‭9‬-‭11‬ ‭TPT‬‬

This is a season of pruning, trimming back and reevaluation that will lead to more productivity with less effort. This is a time of streamlining and creating room to pick up new projects, new tasks, new opportunities and new lines of work that merge beautifully and unexpectedly into the work I have already put in your hand. This is a time of a great synergy of opportunities. But the clearing out, the preparation, the making room and the mindset of refreshing and renewing and reorganizing is needed, so your yes when the opportunity comes is not a yes heavy with burden and concern for adding a new thing. Instead, your yes will be one of excitement, no reservations, lightness and openness. This is the springtime of My favor. Prepare yourself.

How to Respond

  • Worship the Lord. Dwell on His goodness and His faithfulness.
  • Pray, Lord, You are good and worthy of all glory, honor and praise. Thank You for creating times and seasons and for giving me moments to clear out, to make room, to reevaluate and to prepare for what You are bringing next. Help me to be diligent in the spring cleaning of my own heart, mind and life, so I am prepared for the opportunities You send my way.
  • Declare, This is the springtime of the Lord’s favor.
  • Decree, I will worship the Lord my God with all my heart, mind & strength. I will acknowledge Him in all my ways, and He will make my path straight. He will help me as I reevaluate how I do my work and how I organize my life. I will be obedient to get rid of those things that no longer serve me, to rid myself of old mindsets that are not healthy and to make room for what He has for me next.
