Today’s Readings:
Isaiah 55
6 Seek the Lord while He may be found;
Isaiah 55:6-7
Call upon Him while He is near.
7 Let the wicked forsake his way
And the unrighteous man his thoughts;
And let him return to the Lord,
And He will have compassion on him,
And to our God,
For He will abundantly pardon.
The Lord says,
This is a time like a great open house, like a great and glorious free clinic time where people can come to have their souls healed and filled with My peace. I will be healing souls in public and in the town squares. I will be filling those who come with joy indescribable and peace that they’ve never known. They will have a true personal, deep encounter with Me, the Great Physician and the Great Redeemer. Their lives, once touched by My Hands will never be the same.
Ho! Every one who thirsts, come to the waters;
Isaiah 55:1-3
And you who have no money come, buy and eat.
Come, buy wine and milk
Without money and without cost.
2 “Why do you spend money for what is not bread,
And your wages for what does not satisfy?
Listen carefully to Me, and eat what is good,
And delight yourself in abundance.
3 “Incline your ear and come to Me.
Listen, that you may live;
And I will make an everlasting covenant with you,
According to the faithful mercies shown to David.
I need workers for the clinic. I need administrators and counselors. I need ones who will walk the people to an appointment with Me. I need ones who will sit with the people and check their vitals and learn their history, become their friends. I need those who will hand deliver these patients to Me for diagnosis and healing. My heart is for the people, and My healing is available to the people. Will you find your place helping them get to Me? Will you take your place in leading them to healing, wholeness, peace and destiny? All positions are open, and many are hybrid positions as well. These are roles that require love, compassion, hospitality and honesty. These are roles that require ones who know how to celebrate and can rejoice for breakthrough, deliverance, healing and new life.
5 “Behold, you will call a nation you do not know,
Isaiah 55:5
And a nation which knows you not will run to you,
Because of the Lord your God, even the Holy One of Israel;
For He has glorified you.”
The path from healing to discipleship is sparsely populated right now. It is nearly empty, but soon it will be jam packed with people shoulder to shoulder. Guides are needed here too. Teachers are needed here too. Administrators are needed here too. Life coaches are needed here too. Ones who know true Biblical history, who know Jesus from personal life experience, who have a history with Him and who have walked faithfully with Him, ones who can host, cook and hug — these are all needed here too. This is what the Harvest looks like.
12 “For you will go out with joy
Isaiah 55:12
And be led forth with peace;
The mountains and the hills will break forth into shouts of joy before you,
And all the trees of the field will clap their hands.
The clinic for healing souls is open. The doors of the school of discipleship is open, and the path between the two is paved beautifully. It is inviting, tree-lined and ready. Find your place before the floodgates burst and the walls cannot hold the bounty of beautiful people seeking My face, My healing touch, My restoration and the knowledge of Me. Seek your place and man your station, because the Harvest is upon us.
How to Respond
- Pursue the Lord with your whole heart. Dig in deeper in time with Him to hear His heart for you, your family and the world in this season.
- Fill your home, your car and your heart with worship. Strengthen yourself in the Lord with songs of breakthrough, fulfillment and the faithfulness of God.
- Declare, the Lord has prepared for the Great Harvest. He is ready to receive all who need healing and all who need to be trained in His ways. The Harvest will be the most bountiful one the world has ever witnessed.
- Pray, Lord, show me my role in the Great Harvest. I am willing and available to reach out and lend a hand in any way I can. Show me where I should be making a regular commitment — to teach, to counsel, to host, to listen — whatever it is.
- Decree, the Harvest of great healing, deliverance and discipleship is upon us. The true remnant is rising to be of service and to celebrate what the Lord is doing in the lives of many. I am among them.
