Today’s Reading:
Isaiah 41
41 “Coastlands, listen to Me in silence,
Isaiah 41:1-4
And let the peoples gain new strength;
Let them come forward, then let them speak;
Let us come together for judgment.
2 “Who has aroused one from the east
Whom He calls in righteousness to His feet?
He delivers up nations before him
And subdues kings.
He makes them like dust with his sword,
As the wind-driven chaff with his bow.
3 “He pursues them, passing on in safety,
By a way he had not been traversing with his feet.
4 “Who has performed and accomplished it,
Calling forth the generations from the beginning?
‘I, the Lord, am the first, and with the last. I am He.’”
The Spirit of the Lord says,
Warring victory. Victory in war, through war and to war. This is a time of warring victory — where the way you win one battle is both a tactic and a maneuver that sets up the next battle. Warring victory is offensive winning, where each battle is established on purpose by the previous one. I Am setting you up. I Am setting the nation up for a series of warring victories. The instruction is, do not get weary in battle, and do not let your guard down. Your victory will beget the setting for the next battle, which has already been established in victory.
8 “But you, Israel, My servant,
Isaiah 41:8-13
Jacob whom I have chosen,
Descendant of Abraham My friend,
9 You whom I have taken from the ends of the earth,
And called from its remotest parts
And said to you, ‘You are My servant,
I have chosen you and not rejected you.
10 ‘Do not fear, for I am with you;
Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you, surely I will help you,
Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’
11 “Behold, all those who are angered at you will be shamed and dishonored;
Those who contend with you will be as nothing and will perish.
12 “You will seek those who quarrel with you, but will not find them,
Those who war with you will be as nothing and non-existent.
13 “For I am the Lord your God, who upholds your right hand,
Who says to you, ‘Do not fear, I will help you.’
This is not a time to grow weary of doing good. This is not a time to grow weary in the fight. This is a time where I Am setting you up for a long line of successive victories that build on one another to take down many strongholds, to rout many enemies, to set enemies up to walk right into their own traps, to best the enemy with sneaky tactics that they thought they owned. This is a time of divine setups, for a LOOOOOONG series of victories, where one victory sets the stage for the next battle and victory and so on down the line. This is a time where victories will cause your enemies to fall like dominoes. This is a time of accelerated and orchestrated victories. These victories and these battles have been orchestrated by My very own Hand. And I have positioned you, your righteous leaders and your truth tellers for a line of victories so long that it will become difficult to count them all. Though you do have among you those who relish in and take extreme joy in recording and reporting, counting and recounting the wins as they get racked up.
14 “Do not fear, you worm Jacob, you men of Israel;
Isaiah 41:14-16
I will help you,” declares the Lord,” and your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel.
15 “Behold, I have made you a new, sharp threshing sledge with double edges;
You will thresh the mountains and pulverize them,
And will make the hills like chaff.
16 “You will winnow them, and the wind will carry them away,
And the storm will scatter them;
But you will rejoice in the Lord,
You will glory in the Holy One of Israel.
This is history that will be written, taught and read about — this long line of successive victories set up like dominoes and stepping stones by the Hand of the Lord God Almighty. This is the long war to freedom. I have set the scene. I have established the battlefield. I have positioned the players. And if you lean into Me, if you desire and seek My voice, I will indeed set you up for victory after victory after outrageous, breathtaking, amazing victory. You are entering the season of warring victory. You can only win if you war. But if you war in partnership with Me, you will absolutely win.
How to Respond
- Seek the Lord. Position yourself as a ready student of His.
- Pray, Holy Spirit show me what my role and stance is to be in this war season. Help me to stay in total alignment with You. Help me to move when You say move and to go where You say to go. Encourage, strengthen and bring an extra measure of wisdom to our righteous leaders and truth tellers. Help us to all be in proper position and partnership with You for a long line of successive warring victories. Bring us out from war and victory to freedom.
- Declare, the Lord is setting us up for many successive warring victories. He is calling us to position and to partnership. He is setting the battlefield and the players, and He will set us up to take down enemy strongholds, evil institutions and structures built on lies. These warring victories will lead us to freedom.
- Decree, I will stand and war as the Lord calls. I will position myself as a student of the Lord and as a faithful warrior. I will not grow weary of doing good. I will stay close to the Lord and strengthen myself in Him. I will stay in the fight until He declares that it is won.
