“They have no clue what they’re doing and don’t comprehend how absurd it is! For they shut their eyes so they cannot see. They close their hearts so they cannot understand. They have no knowledge, no understanding, no discernment to say, “Half of the wood I burned in the fire. I roasted meat and cooked my dinner. Now should I take the rest of the wood and make it into an abomination? Should I bow down and worship a block of wood?” He feeds his spirit on ashes! His deluded heart leads him astray. He can’t even ask himself, “Is this thing I’m holding in my right hand a fraud?” “Remember these things, O Jacob’s tribes, and Israel, you are my servant. I created you to be my servant, and I will never forget you! I have swept away your sins like a thick cloud. I have made your guilt vanish like mist disappearing into thin air. Now come back, come back to me, for I have paid the price for you.”

The Spirit of the Living God says,
Truth is waiting in the wings. It’s waiting like wrecking balls pulled back on cranes, ready to take down the temples built of lies, ready to take down the structures built on lies, ready to take down every man- made construct build on lies. The truth is poised and ready to come in like a wrecking ball to these fortresses of lies and structures and constructs made of lies. Is not My Word like a hammer? My Word, The ultimate and only truth will come in like a hammer and crush, demolish, obliterate and pound into sand every lie. These cities built on lies will be demolished. These whole worldviews, schools of thought and ideological frameworks built on lies will be demolished, and the people who once stood so proudly, so securely, so firmly in their construct of lies, those who relied on, believed in and trusted in these frameworks of lies will be left tetherless and insecure.
“I am Yahweh, the only God there is, and you’ll never find another. I will strengthen you for victory, even though you do not intimately know who I am. Yet through you everyone will know who I really am. Those from the rising sun in the east to the west, everyone everywhere will know that I am Yahweh, the one and only God, and there is no other. I create light, and I make it dark. I make bliss, and I create adversity. I am Yahweh who does all these things.’ “Shower down righteousness, O heavens above. Let the clouds drip with deliverance! Let earth’s womb open and bear salvation’s fruit, with righteousness rising up beside it! I, Yahweh, have created all of them!”
Isaiah 45:5-8 TPT
Their hearts will be vulnerable, and their hearts will be exposed instead of covered — available for the raindrops of My love and truth to fall on them and water them, to revive them and create a real deep thirst for truth. They will be like a desert garden which has long lived without but now gets its first glancing afternoon shower only to be left desiring more. The crumbling of lies, the demolishing of lies, and the implosion of worldviews created out lies will open the door to a great thirst for truth, will open the door for a new gnawing hunger for freedom that has lain dormant because the people believed their prison walls were beautiful and the paths they had marked out inside of their prisons were spacious enough.
“I will pour refreshing water on the thirsty and streams on the dry ground. I will pour out my Spirit on your children, my blessing upon your descendants. They will spring up like grass blanketing a meadow, like poplars growing by gushing streams. One will say, “I belong to Yahweh.” Another will be called Jacob. Yet another will write on his hand “Property of Yahweh.” Another will adopt the name Israel.’ ” The words of Yahweh, Israel’s true King and Kinsman-Redeemer, Yahweh, Commander of Angel Armies, says: “I am the Beginning and I am the Ending, and I am the only God there is. Who is like me? Go ahead, stand and speak up. I’ll wait for him to announce it and explain it all to me! Who else has announced from everlasting what is to come? Let him prophesy what is yet to be. Do not fear nor be shaken! Haven’t I foretold it, announcing it to you ahead of time? You are my witnesses, so tell me, is there any god besides me? There is no other Rock of shelter; I know not one.”

They will hunger and thirst for truth that sets them free. And these wild ones, these ones who had been captured and enslaved by indoctrination, propaganda, false religions, false gods and false claims of every sort will be like wild animals now on the hunt for the red meat of truth. They will no longer be satisfied by foraging and consuming, believing whatever they find. They will desire and only be satisfied with the truth. They will not stop until they find it, and it will transform them in ways surprising, supernatural, miraculous and staggering. The truth always has and always will set men and women boys and girls free. They will be baptized by My Spirit, and they will be holy ones set aflame for Me. Can I not transform the landscape of the world and the hearts of the people in an instant? Can I not birth a nation in a day? Why yes I most certainly can. Nothing is impossible for Me.
How to Respond
- Trust the Lord to bring out great truths that demolish every lie.
- Pray, Lord, thank You that You are the way, the truth and the life. Thank You that You are the One and the only One who can set hearts free. Break every stronghold, every principality, every lying worldview, every institution, spiritual practice and political ideology that is holding Your people captive Lord. Set them free with Your truth.
- Declare, where the Spirit of the Lord reigns, there is freedom.
- Decree, I will see the Lord swing truth like a mighty wrecking ball that takes down worldviews, institutions, constructs and schools of thought built on lies. I will see men and women become untethered from the lies to which they leaned and clung. They will be overcome by a ferocious desire for the meat of truth, and they will find the Lord and indeed be set free. They will be set ablaze by the fire of the Spirit of the Lord, and these transformations will completely and permanently alter the landscape of the world as we know it.
