Today’s Reading:
Psalm 27
”Yahweh is my revelation-light and the source of my salvation. I fear no one! I’ll never turn back and run, for you, Yahweh, surround and protect me. When evil ones come to destroy me, they will be the ones who turn back. My heart will not fear even if an army rises to attack. I will not be shaken, even if war is imminent.“
Psalms 27:1-3 TPT
The Spirit of the Living God says,
Yield in My Presence. Yield to My Presence. Make way for My Presence. Watch as My grace washes over you. Watch as my grace floods you from above. My grace will capture and enrapture you. You will feel cocooned in My love. This is a time to yield to Me. This is a time to yield to My ways, My Word, My instruction, My will. As you do, your heart will change. As you do, rough edges of self and ego will get tumbled off. As you do, you will find the pure joy of submission and obedience to Me. Because in My Presence is the fullness of joy, and pleasures forevermore can be found at My right hand.
”Here’s the one thing I crave from Yahweh, the one thing I seek above all else: I want to live with him every moment in his house, beholding the marvelous beauty of Yahweh, filled with awe, delighting in his glory and grace. I want to contemplate in his temple. In the day of trouble, he will treasure me in his shelter, under the cover of his tent. He will lift me high upon a rock, out of reach from all my enemies who surround me. Triumphant now, I’ll bring him my offerings of praise, singing and shouting with ecstatic joy! Yes, I will sing praises to Yahweh!“
Psalms 27:4-6 TPT
My Presence remains where it is welcome, where it is desired, where it is stewarded and heeded. Obedience brings My Presence and stewards My Presence. Striking out on your own, does just that, it leaves Me aside. Walk hand-in-hand with Me. Desire to remain in My Presence above all else.
These are days to pursue deep intimacy with Me. These are days where My Spirit will teach you deep, hidden things which you could not in any way otherwise know. Grab My hand. Pursue My face. Listen carefully for My voice, and treasure it. Write down the instruction. Write down the vision. Write down the dream. Make it plain, so You can’t back away from it. Make it plain, so it continues to speak to you. Make My Word a calling card. Make My fresh words to you, My rhema word, what you are known for bringing.
”I heard your voice in my heart say, “Come, seek my face;” my inner being responded, “Yahweh, I’m seeking your face with all my heart.”“
Psalms 27:8 TPT
I Am the giver of all life and wisdom. Seek Me. Pursue Me. Throw in your lot fully with Me. Burn the bridge back to your old ways, your former ways; and walk into a new day, a new level — a whole new scene and era of trust in Me. These are days to pursue Me with great heart, with great energy, with great unwavering dedication. These are days where I will cause you warriors who have hope to rise. These warriors won’t hardly notice their changing station, because their eyes will be focused on Me. The note they take of their rising station will be a point of praise and awe. It will be one that causes greater yielding, greater submission and greater pursuit, so that My Name will be made famous at this level, My will will be done at this level. My Kingdom will come at this level. And so you will see it throughout the Earth — My warriors are rising in enraptured love and in truth. As they do, it will be with one aim, to bring glory to My Holy Name. Don’t hold back. Don’t hesitate. Live in quick obedience as I whisper, this is the way, walk in it. These are days that will test your obedience, will test your faith, will test your dedication — but for those who remain, these will be the testing ground and the days of greatest promotion you have ever experienced.
How to Respond
- Yield fully to the Lord. Make your obedience quick and complete.
- Pray, Holy Spirit You are most welcome here with me. Come Lord. Have Your way. Show me what You have for me to do today. Show me who I can be a help and an encouragement to today. Help me to be a blessing and a beautiful reflection of You. Help me to hear Your voice, and when You prompt me to, help me to give voice to the words You speak.
- Declare, the Lord loves when we come like little children — eager to learn, eager to commune and eager to please Him.
- Decree, I will be one who spends my life in pursuit of the Lord, His Kingdom and His righteousness. I forsake all else, and will keep my eyes and heart trained on Him. I will be busy about the work that He has called me to do, because I am His hands and feet on the Earth, and I am one who can tell the world about all that King Jesus has done for me. I will not miss the opportunities He gives me to be faithful to Him, to honor Him and to reflect Him.
